L	Liane Senekowitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mit meiner Hündin heute 15.00 Uhr einen Termin zum Zahnziehen. Es war auch noch eine andere Dame mit ihrem Hund bestellt. Beide Hunde haben gehungert, wegen der bevorstehenden Narkose. Nachdem ich mich durch ganz Wien gestaut hatte, stand ich (bzw. wir) vor der verschlossenen Tür. Auch wurden unsere Anrufe nicht abgehoben. Ziemlich verärgert und wütend staute ich mich wieder nach Hause. MINUS Sterne gibt es leider nicht. Bei solch unhöflichem und unprofessionellem Verhalten (es wurde ja nicht mal abgesagt) helfen auch die beiden Dr. Titel nix. I had an appointment with my dog for tooth extraction today at 3 p.m. There was also another lady with her dog. Both dogs were starving because of the impending anesthesia. After I had jammed my way through the whole of Vienna, I (or we) stood in front of the locked door. Our calls were also not picked up. Quite annoyed and angry, I headed back home. Unfortunately there are no MINUS stars. With such rude and unprofessional behavior (it wasn't even canceled) the two Dr. Title nothing.

Wir bekamen sehr schnell einen Termin, wurden heute (obwohl wir viel zu früh bereits da waren) total liebevoll und nett empfangen und betreut. Ich durfte bis mein Hund eingeschlafen ist da bleiben. Die Assistentin und Hr. Dr. Stoian waren sehr nett, haben all meine Fragen zur vollen Zufriedenheit beantwortet und mich gut beraten, sowie meinen Hund gut betreut. Die OP verlief ohne jeglicher Komplikationen und ich durfte sehr rasch wieder meine Hündin in den Arm nehmen. Vielen Dank für die kompetente Betreuung und liebevolle Behandlung!!! Today we had a fractured tooth surgically removed. We got an appointment very fast, were today (although we were already too early) received very affectionate and nice. I was allowed to sleep until my dog fell asleep. The assistant and Mr. Dr. Stoian were very nice, answered all my questions to the fullest satisfaction and advised me well, and looked after my dog well. The operation went without any complications and I was allowed to hug my bitch again very quickly. Thank you for the competent care and loving treatment !!!
S	Sonja G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern Dienstag um 14 hatte ich einen Termin mit meinem Hunde zur Wurzelbehandlung. Ich bin um 13,30 schon dort gewesen, versperrte Türen, gut bin zu früh wird schon kommen. 14 Uhr die Türen blieben versperrt, niemand zu sehen. Dann rief ich am Handy an, 17x mal, keiner hat abgehoben. Ich habe bis 14,45 Uhr gewartet, doch es kam niemand, weder Dr. Stoian noch sonst wer. Auch heute habe ich wieder angerufen, niemand geht an das Telefon. Bei Dr.König habe ich auf das Band gesprochen, bis jetzt keine Antwort. Ich habe mir extra Urlaub genommen, bin eine Stecke 130km gefahren, mein Hund musste nüchtern sein.....Ich kann garnicht schreiben wie wütend ich bin. Zufällig habe ich Personen getroffen, die dort wohnen dürften, die mir bestätigten, dass das kein Einzelfall ist. Patient warten hier oft Stunden ohne das jemand kommt. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, wie mit uns bzw. den Tieren, die oft Schmerzen haben umgegangen wird. Wenn Sie nicht mehr behandeln wollen, lieber DDr. Stoian dann hören sie auf. Leider gibt es keine Minussterne, den sie würden eine Menge erhalten für Ihr Benehmen. Yesterday Tuesday at 2pm I had an appointment with my dog for a root canal treatment. I was already there at 1.30 p.m., locked doors, well am too early will come. 2 p.m. the doors remained locked, no one to be seen. Then I called the cell phone 17 times, nobody answered. I waited until 2:45 p.m., but no one came, neither Dr. Stoian or anyone else. I called again today, nobody answers the phone. I spoke to Dr König on the tape, so far no answer. I took an extra vacation, drove a distance of 130km, my dog had to be sober ..... I can't even write how angry I am. By chance I met people who were allowed to live there who confirmed to me that this is not an isolated case. Patients often wait hours here without anyone coming. I think it's a cheek how we and the animals that are often in pain are treated. If you no longer want to treat, dear DDr. Stoian then they stop. Unfortunately there are no minus stars they would get a lot for your demeanor.

A	ANA REJEC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited dr. Camil Stoian recently. I travelled from Slovenia, only 3,5 hours far away from his practice in Vienna. Have to say that it was really worthed. I had my dog my dog for orthodontic treatment and he visited the dog for the first time and did the procedure the same day. Excellent as I did not need to travel twice. Thank you for your help.
