B	Benjamin “Zonae” Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine 80 jährige überfällige Pensionistin meinte mich anschnauzen zu müssen, weil ich nach dem zuständigen Hausarzt im Hinterhof gefragt habe, da ich ein Rezept für meine Antidepressiva gebraucht hätte, ich musste mir anhören, dass unsere Jugend sowieso nur Medikamentenmissbrauch betreibt. Ich setze dort keinen Fuß mehr hinein. An 80-year-old overdue pensioner told me to shout at me because I asked for the responsible family doctor in the backyard, because I needed a prescription for my antidepressants, I had to hear that our youth anyway only drug abuse. Es heißt ja auch Nachtdienst und nicht Tag- und Nacht geöffnet. Und wenn ein Notfall vorliegt und deshalb nicht warten kann, sollte man besser 144 rufen. I do not understand the excitement of the other posts ... you will be able to wait a few minutes in the night. It's called night duty and not open day and night. And if there is an emergency and therefore cannot wait, it is better to call 144.

Man sollte meinen, in einer Apotheke arbeiten „gebildete“ Menschen, die sich freundlich artikulieren können... aber das hier ist UNTERSTE SCHUBLADE!!! Finger Weg- es gibt gute Alternativen in der Nähe. Mega unfriendly !!!!!! One would think that “educated” people work in a pharmacy who can express themselves in a friendly manner ... but this is the BOTTOM DRAWER! Finger Weg- there are good alternatives nearby.
M	Mario Drasigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht im Nachtdienst nicht empfehlenswert! - Wartezeit bis der Nachtdienstschalter besetzt wird dauert immer mindestens 4 Minuten - Ein Schild weist provokant darauf hin, dass man aber dennoch nicht 2 x läuten solle - Wärend der Wartezeit kann man dann die Schilder mit Hinweis auf Anzeige bei Betrug lesen und dass man keine Nadeln führe. - Bei winterlichen Temperaturen hat man kein Erbarmen und lässt (auch wenn für den anderen Kunden ok) keine weiteren Leute in den Vorraum. - ganz neu und deswegen nun auch als Warnung gepostet: Diese Apotheke nimmt im Nachtdienst keine Bankomat oder Kreditkarten, auch nicht mit NFC. Sie schickt schwerkranke Leute lieber ein paar 100 Meter bei Eiseskälte und starkem Wind zum nächsten Bankomaten. Hinweis an die Apotheke - nein Danke & ein Hinweis zur Maestro Ablehnung fehlt noch! Wegen der Eile war ich trotz starkem Regen mit dem Rad unterwegs. Noch vor Betreten wurde ich gemaßregelt, d. ich das Rad ja draußen lassen solle. Auf meine Fragen bzgl. der Medikamente wurde leider nicht eingegangen. Vielleicht habe ich aber auch nach 15 Minuten Fahrt im Regen gewirkt, als wäre ich zum reinen Spaß an der Freude dort. Mir wurde nur schnell & extrem unfreundlich ein Medikamente "verkauft", damit ich ja schnell wieder ginge. Sollten Sie in der Nacht eine Notapotheke brauchen, so würde ich selbst dann in einen anderen Bezirk fahren! Würde es die Option 0 Sterne geben - hier wäre sie angebracht. F	Fatou Ndiaye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute halsschmerzrabletten für meibe mutter kaufen die hustend daheim lag weshalb ich um 8 uhr morgens den bereitschaftsdienst der apotheke in anspruch nahm. Leider waren die wartezeiten erstaunlich lang und obendrein war die bedienung extrem unfreundlich und unzuvorkommend. Die Dame, die mich bediente erweckte den anschein, völlig unmotiviert und grundlos schlecht gelaunt zu sein. Sie war ungeduldig und Tonfall war eindeutig genervt. Insgesamt ein außerordentlich unangenehmer Besuch und da man nicht mit Bankomatkarte bezahlen konnte, habe ich letztendlich nichts gekauft. Seit meine Freundin mir erzählt das jetzt neue Apotheker sie betreiben. und es hat sich viel geändert!! TOP !!! Very good advice, friendly and competent! that is the most important to me! nice to see that things can improve I avoided this pharmacy for years because I was often treated very rude because of the smallest questions about my recipes! Since my friend told me that now new pharmacists operate them. and a lot has changed !! TOP !!!

Es stimmt, dass die Bedienung früher unfreundlich war, aber seit Juli gibt es neue Besitzer und neues Personal. Jetzt wird man freundlich und kompetent bedient. Vergangene Woche habe ich einen kleinen Betrag - unter 5 Euro - mit Bankomat bezahlt. Ich fühle mich in der Petrus Apotheke gut aufgehoben. Danke für die nette Betreuung. I absolutely cannot understand the negative evaluation of Orso Bär. I am a regular customer there. It's true that the service used to be rude, but new owners and new staff have been in place since July. Now you are served in a friendly and competent manner. Last week I paid a small amount - less than 5 euros - with an ATM. I feel that I am in good hands in the Petrus pharmacy. Thanks for the nice support.
