★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the only place in Vienna I found a specific medicine I was searching for. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. They speak English and accept international prescriptions. So, I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to pick up a terrible sinus cold. Staff very helpful in pointing out decongestants and vitamin C/ acetaminophen tablets. My trip wasn't completely wasted, as I was over my cold quickly enough to enjoy the sights and as an added bonus the medicines tasted fairly pleasant. A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly rude - On 3.03.2021 around 9 AM I addressed the counter for information about the type of Coronavirus antigen home tests that would be suitable for small children and available for purchase in pharmacies. The reply - they don’t have any in stock so as I am not going to buy anything she cannot help me. She suggested I call 1450 - which I find unfair as they already handle a lot during this time and this type of general information should be broadly available, especially in a pharmacy that is a testing center. In twelve years, it’s the first pharmacy in Vienna that basically tells me to get lost if I am not going to buy anything.
