D	Dyonne Banks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm toying between 3 and 4 stars. It's a beautiful hotel situated on a hill. Great mountain views and greenery. The issues I had was to do with the room. Bathroom is separated by a glass door, so if there is someone else (eg. Friend, mom,child, partner etc)in the room they could see what you're up to in the bathroom. That bothered me and wanted to change rooms but was told all the rooms are fitted with glass doors. There are no thick curtains so I was forced up by sunrise. You could see through the bathroom window at night with the light on. I also had issues with the bed and pillows but that's an issue I have in most hotels. Breakfast is pretty basic either than the Sunday brunch. Oh 1 major issue is the wifi. Had only one bar whilst in my room throughout my stay. There's no wifi in the wellness area. I'll recommend this hotel to people who want to unwind and leave the world behind and not needing the internet. Also good for people who are into walks and hiking.
A	Ali A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this hotel, the room was dirty with sand and stained chair, see photo of the towel after sitting on the chair!! To change the room, they wanted me to wait to make another room ready at 10:30 in the evening! I was forced to just sleep in the room. In corona times, hotels are disinfecting rooms, while this hotel is struggling with cleaning. The room was too warm. With an industrial fan, it was too noisy and impossible to sleep. We only slept for 4 hours! Also no hair conditioner at a 4-star hotel! Watchout also in the breakfast, they don't wash fruits properly! Most staff are unfriendly, the only friendly staff was a young boy in the breakfast area. In the end, they gave me €20 discount, which was funny considering all the above issues. Moeeover, they were doubting my complaints, wow! This hotel is a shame for Austria!
M	Manuela Castagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything during my stay was perfect: the room was super clean and with a very nice balcony, the food delicious and the staff very nice and friendly. Also the spa was lovely, moreover we had no problem with parking as they have an underground garage. I can just recommend it!

The balcony towards the mountains, a pure privilege. Complete breakfast (orange juice not natural though). Very nice garden terrace with nice views. Highly advisable!
R	R Maxwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly. My wife and I arrived and there was a wedding party taking place. The celebrations were really loud. We complained about noice at 12.30am and got told to close the windows. This did nothing. The room was impossibly hot and the shouting of celebrants was in the hallway. We were exhausted and decided to leave at 3am and return home as we couldnt get any sleep. A real pity. The hotel needs AC.
