★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area and very central, but quite expencive for a small room which has a tv though and a shower (the toilet is shared). Also, there were many ants everywhere, which I didn't mind that much, but just to let future guests know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation a few month in advance and was extremely disappointed . When my taxi pooled over I saw a very nice looking residential building (it is not a hotel as we expect it to be). At the entrance door witch was locked I found multiple small name plates with one of them belonging to Pension Riedl. After ringing the belt for about ten minutes nobody answered or opened the door. Several times tried to call the number provided but nobody answered the call. Had to leave and look for a real hotel. Absolutely horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thay need to let u know when u book that it is not just a hotel other business r in the building u have to press the buzzer to be let in on ur first visit and although it is on the fourth floor u gave to walk up 6 flights of stair if u dont like lifts otherwise a lovely hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very good and convenient. Parking is underground, you can ask the reception for a voucher to get a special rate. The room is clean and has good views. However, the room is a bit small and can be hot in a hot day (no AC). If you travel with a kid, it can by a bit hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Everything in the room was really dirty, the sink was blocked. For 2 days we had no heating and after a lot complains the plumper came and fix it. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. Easy transport links but I walked everywhere easily. Cute, simple room and nice staff even though reception hours are limited. I had asked for a large bed but they put me in a single. I think they should make it clear that this is up six flights of stairs and the hotel is within a building of different businesses.
I hardly slept as there is building work going on outside and the bed was not comfortable. Loved the location so that is why it has 3 stars.
