Hotel-Pension Bleckmann - Währinger Str. 15

Towels and sheets not daily change. I slept in a couch bed the three beds room was two beds one couch. One night one cockroach wake me was on my face.

Communication and service is really good about this hotel. Rooms are bit small but being a bed and breakfast hotel it was meant to be smaller. Staff is courteous, helpful and understanding. Location is perfect as it is very near to both tram and metro station.

Our first room had curtains for the bathroom and no door. We got to change room for our last night as I expected a bit more from a 3 star hotel and asked for a bedroom with bathroom with an actual door. The only great thing was location and breakfast but won't be coming back. The price paid was not up to the standards expected.

Small hotel just outside of the main city area. It’s walking distance so it is still within an ideal range. The staff are very courteous and the breakfast area is spacious. Breakfast is from 7-10am. Bedrooms are very tight with minimal areas for walking around. There is minimal ventilation so the room can get a bit stuffy. Should be noted that there is a small elevator to bring your bags up and down but it’s VERY tiny so it’s better to bring your bags up the staircase yourself.

Trust me it is the worst hotel of vienna. Dont read their reviews they are all fake.

The hotel was in a very good place,just a tram stop from Schottentor station,the beds were comfortable and the atmosphere inside was so refreshing!!I liked also the architecture of the building!The crew was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was rich and the most of the products in high quality.My only complaint was that the room was not frequently cleaned.

The + The localisation of the hotel is absolutely perfect, + there are some agreements with the city so the parking possibilities are very interesting. The breakfast price/quality ratio is quite good, everything is rather clean so overall good experience. The - We personnally encountered several difficulties : - The fan was not working. It was very hot that day; I tried calling the reception twice during opening hours and didn't get any answer; called the emergency number when we were back at 10 and I was told that it had to be dealt with in the morning (which it was) - The WIFI was not working on any of our devices : neither our two smartphones nor my computer (authentication page was not loading, not a password problem) - We got small size towels only first day, fixed for the second day. These points made the trip a bit less comfortable than it should have been, and I don't quite appreciate the way it was handled by management : asserting that internet did work is no way of taking your customer's feedback into account; one phone can have an issue, but two + a computer makes it your router's problem. Not offering any solution to your customers knowing that they're going to have a rough night (in a hotel, ironic) is not a great either. An effort on the price was made, but nowhere near what could be expected (less than 4% of the overall bill); I do not appreciate the lack of empathy, asserting that if you were in our shoes and considering the troubles encountered, you would consider this a fair effort.

The rooms are somewhat below expectation. The breakfast is nice.
