Österreich bin,verfüge ich über einige Erfahrung was Unterkünfte betrifft Nach einigen negativen Quartieren in und um Innsbruck bin ich froh hier gelandet zu sein.Die Penision wird von einer positiv Eingestellten Besitzerin geführt die sich die Zeit nimmt mit jedem Gast einige Worte zu wechseln.Auch der Sohn ist im Haus behilflich und sehr freundlich.Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber,das Frühstück ist reichlich und der Blick auf die Stadt ist Bombe.Noch dazu hat sie eine perfekte Mischung von Beruflich beherbergten und Touristischen Gästen.Einziges Manko ist die tägliche Schlacht um die 7-8 Parkplätze auf dem Privatgrund da vor dem Haus leider nur kostenpflichtige Kurzparkplätze bis 19h vorhanden sind. Aber ich hatte 3x Glück und ergatterte den letzten freien Platz. Danke für 3 Wohlfühltage in ihrem Haus.Nur weiterso. After having been on a business trip for around 15-20 weeks. Am Austria, I have some experience in terms of accommodation After a few negative quarters in and around Innsbruck I am happy to have landed here. The Penision is run by a positive-minded owner who takes the time to exchange a few words with each guest. The son is also helpful and very friendly in the house The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and the view of the city is amazing. In addition, it has a perfect mix of professional and tourist guests. The only drawback is the daily battle for 7-8 parking spaces on the private property House unfortunately only paid short-term parking spaces are available until 7pm. But I was lucky three times and got the last free seat. Thank you for 3 days of wellbeing in your house.

Stock mit mega Blick über Innsbruck und auf die Berg Isel Schanze. Die Vermieter so nett und hilfsbereit, mega Frühstück..Wenn Innsbruck dann immer wieder da!! Spontaneous overnight stay in transit with our motorcycles Very, very nice pension, great large room with balcony on the 3rd floor with a great view over Innsbruck and the Berg Isel Schanze. The landlord so nice and helpful, great breakfast. When Innsbruck comes back again and again!
J	Joachim M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit vier Personen (30-35 Jahre) vom 03. bis zum 08. Juni für einen Motorradurlaub dort und hatten zwei Doppelzimmer. Die Frau Perauer ist super nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist einfach klasse. Das Zimmer ist standardmäßig eingerichtet. Zu Fuß in die Stadt geht es den Berg hinab und man ist ca. in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, um Abends mal was essen/trinken zu gehen. Von der Pension kann man auch diverse Wanderungen starten. Die Aussicht von der Pension über die Stadt ist fantastisch. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung und ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis! We were there with four people (30-35 years) from June 3rd to June 8th for a motorcycle vacation and had two double rooms. Ms. Perauer is super nice and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast is just great. The room is furnished as standard. Walk down the hill into the city and you can get to the center in about 10 minutes to have something to eat / drink in the evening. You can also start various hikes from the pension. The view from the pension over the city is fantastic. Conclusion: clear recommendation and a very good price / performance ratio!

Bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Innsbruck werde ich auf jeden Fall zuerst bei der Pension Heis - Perauer nachfragen ob noch was frei ist. Very nice hosts. Nice and cheap room and a very good breakfast. On my next visit to Innsbruck I will definitely first ask the Pension Heis - Perauer whether there is still anything available.

Es wurden extra Kinderbetten für uns aufgestellt und das Frühstück ist einfach unglaublich. 5 Sterne Bewertung absolut verdient. Beim nächsten Besuch in Innsbruck werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder zur Pension Heis gehen. Super cozy rooms, really nice alpine flair. We had the apartment with two young children. Extra cots have been set up for us and the breakfast is just amazing. 5 star rating absolutely deserved. The next time we visit Innsbruck, we will definitely go back to Pension Heis.

P	Paulo Faustino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a splendid time at the pension during our stay in Innsbruck, the building is well located and we could do a 5 minute walk to the center of the city. Since it's located in a hill the view from the room is simply spetacular, what a delight to wake up and sight see Inssbruck during winter. The room was confortable enough and very clean, shower was decent as well, the breakfast nothing to complaint about, good stuff. As of the staff they were very polite and I would totally recommend the place!
