Kind and friendly, clean rooms, kitchen available to customers, close to the center but in a quiet area. Kind and nice lady, we were greeted by her son, very nice too. Advice.
O	Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus Georg war über die Autobahn und anschließender kurzer Fahrt über städtische Straßen gut zu erreichen. Es liegt am Hang in einer sehr ruhigen Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Vorab hatten wir bereits einen netten Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, mit der wir einen kostenfreien Stellplatz unter dem Vordach des Hauses vereinbart hatten (Parkplätze an der Straße sind aber ebenso verfügbar). Die generelle Lage kann als sehr gut beschrieben werden. Die eine oder andere authentische Gastwirtschaft ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in die Innsbrucker Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder ein Auto werden dafür nicht benötigt. Als wir ankamen wurden wir direkt und äußerst freundlich begrüßt und haben die ersten Minuten eigentlich direkt mit Quatschen mit der Gastgeberin verbracht, während ihr Sohnemann sich bereits den ersten Koffer schnappte und die Treppe hinauf trug. Man hält es eben sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf Innsbruck. Die Betten waren bequem aber nicht zu weich. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und in gutem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig! Sowohl im Haus, als auch im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad. Obst wurde in der Küche kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Haus Georg was easy to reach via the motorway and then a short drive on city streets. It is on a slope in a very quiet street with no through traffic. In advance we had a nice contact with the host, with whom we had agreed a free parking space under the canopy of the house (parking spaces on the street are also available). The general situation can be described as very good. One or the other authentic restaurant is in the immediate vicinity and it is only a few minutes' walk to Innsbruck city center, public transport or a car are not required. When we arrived we were greeted directly and extremely friendly and actually spent the first few minutes chatting directly with the hostess, while her son already grabbed the first suitcase and carried it up the stairs. You just keep it very warm. The room corresponded to the pictures and the description. From the balcony you have a nice view of Innsbruck. The beds were comfortable but not too soft. The decor was functional and in good condition. The cleanliness was first class! Both in the house, as well as in the room and especially in the bathroom. Fruit was provided free of charge in the kitchen.
G	Guillem Capella Florensa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in charge was super nice, the room beautiful and it had a nice smell. It has a kitchen for you to use anytime and the overall confort was excellent! Great place to stay. Easy to get to the city centre and the place is easily accesible by car.

We were worried about the distance from the city but even that was really ok (10 minutes walk). We got an insbruk welcome card and have a parking for our car. Highly recomended!!
