★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best traditional Tirolean restaurant I've been to in the 8 years I've lived here.
The restaurant itself is neat and well presented, with traditional decorative charm, without being too Kitsch.
Service is prompt, friendly and welcoming, even if there's no website it will always get busy through word of mouth, so booking is recommended.
The best bit however, is the food... I've been here a few times over the years and this never changes... It's absolutely mouthwateringly good quality, cooked with only the best ingredients, and turns up in portions so huge they defy the reasonable price.
It's absolutely perfect after a hard day's skiing or hiking on the mountains, but make sure you've got a big appetite, as you won't want to leave a single crumb behind.
Looking forward to my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically don't eat anything for a whole day and then come here. Portions are huge but delicious and you can tell they take care of the food. Even the chicken schnitzel was delicious. Excellent service in English too if needed. Try the pork shank and sturm drink!

We ordered the wienner schnitzel and chilli cordon bleu and the local season beers and everything was delicious!
Overall, a great experience.
Plus the view and the trip to go up was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience. Staff was friendly, especially considering we didn't speak any German at all. The food was amazing. Best schnitzel I've ever had. Prices are very good too. This is definitely a spot where tourists don't frequent, it's the real deal.
