★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a zero star if possible. Booked this place through Hotels.com, sent an email to the owner a day before arriving in Graz and didn’t get an answer. Arrived in Graz and called him because we couldn’t find this place and he told me that he does not have any rooms available even though my booking was a guaranteed booking. He simply asked us to look for a different hotel. I had to spend time and more money to go around and look for a room. He was trying to tell me that he does not work with hotels.com anymore but this place is still for rent on hotels.com.
