★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is a virtue and the Stoffbauer Hotel & Restaurant undeniably makes you feel "like home". Unfortunately I could not take advantage of the garden, but the genuine Austrian fried "Händl" (a tender and crunchy chicken dish) is a must try if you just go to the restaurant. I recommend highly whenever you come to Graz. A great place to stay.

Not so good for accommodation (2 stars)
- Very thin walls
- Not so clean rooms
- Noise and cigarette smoke coming from the customers outside
- Impossible to sleep until the dinner time is over (usually 10:30 PM)
- Far away from the city center, but a pleasant walk nonetheless
