H	Hami Karahasanoglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich bin heute mit meinem rezept welches im vom augenarzt verschrieben bekommen habe zum optiker im dez und wurde ort recht freundlich von 2 damen an der kasse empfangen. als ich ihnen das problem mit meinen augen erklärte mischte sich aus dem hintergrund die ganze zeit eine unsymapthische frau ein und meinte das man davor einen augentest und bla bla bla machen muss, obwohl ALLES schon auf meinem rezept stand. ich betonte mehrmals das das spezielle linsen sind und das diese nicht von jedem optiker gemacht werden können. die damen an der kasse versuchten ganz symapthisch mit dem problem zu befassen aber die frau aus dem hintergrund mischte sich andauernt ein und sagte das das nicht ging und das man einen termin braucht usw. sie checkte einfach nicht das ich NUR wissen wollte ob DIE SPEZIELLEN linsen dort gemacht werden können oder nicht!!! voller wut ging ich wieder raus!!!! ich würde nie wieder einen fuss in diesen optiker setzen!!! Today I went to the optician in dec with my prescription which was prescribed by the ophthalmologist and was received in a very friendly way by 2 ladies at the cash desk. When I explained the problem with my eyes, an unsympathetic woman mixed in from the background all the time and said that you had to do an eye test and blah blah blah before, although EVERYTHING was already on my prescription. I emphasized several times that these are special lenses and that they cannot be made by every optician. The ladies at the checkout tried to deal with the problem in a very sympathetic way, but the woman from the background constantly interfered and said that this was not possible and that you needed an appointment etc. She simply did not check that I ONLY wanted to know whether the SPECIAL lenses can be made there or not !!! I went out full of anger !!!! i would never set foot in this optician again !!!

Wir dachten fragen kostet nix, auch wenn die Brille nicht von hier war. Und siehe da, die Brille wurde schnell repariert und das zudem kostenlos. Eine klare Empfehlung in Sachen Service. The glasses of our little one had loosened a screw, with strap and was gone. We thought ask nothing, even if the glasses were not from here. And lo and behold, the glasses were repaired quickly and that also for free. A clear recommendation in terms of service.
