E	Eugen Victor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kommt um 16:30 hin, wegen einer neuen Brille und wird nicht mehr mit einem Sehtest bedient da es die Dame nicht mehr freut. Obwohl es bis 18 Uhr offen ist. Danach wird noch erklärt dass die augen um diese Uhrzeit zu "müde" wären :)))) Also leute, die ganzen sehtests am Nachmittag sind nicht zu gebrauchen :)))) You come there at 4:30 p.m. because of new glasses and you are no longer served with an eye test because the lady is no longer happy. Although it's open until 6 p.m. Then it is explained that the eyes would be too "tired" at this time :)))) So folks, all the eye tests in the afternoon are not useful :))))
M	Monika K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pass FOTO ist in sehr schlechten Qualität d. H. Was die Beleuchtung Farben betrifft. Es wirft Schatten und dadurch bekommt man echt grossen dunklen Augenringen obwohl die nicht wirklich da sind. Bin kein Experte, erkenne den Unterschied doch. Hab später Vergleichsfotos gemacht und ohne Zweifel, das Foto ist leider echt schlimm. Personal ist absolut nett und entgegen kommend, die können aber an Umständen nichts ändern. Leider hab ich es mir erst später angeschaut wo bereits ein Foto an die BH abgegebenen wurde. Kann also nicht mehr reklamieren und vor allem besitze ich Fotos die... Groß enttäuscht, leider! Passport PHOTO is in very poor quality d. H. As for lighting colors. It casts shadows and you get really big dark circles under the eyes, even though they are not really there. I'm not an expert, but recognize the difference. Later I took comparison photos and no doubt, the photo is really bad. Staff is absolutely nice and accommodating, but they cannot change anything under circumstances. Unfortunately I only looked at it later where a photo was already given to the bra. So I can no longer complain and above all I have photos that ... Greatly disappointed, unfortunately!

Es hat alles prima funktioniert! Danke dafür! :) A very kind, competent and especially * patient * optician went to great lengths to ensure that I feel really comfortable with my glasses / sunglasses. Everything worked fine! P	Petar Vucur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder!!! Habe mir eine Lesebrille gekauft, dann meine Frau mit der Rechnung hingeschickt, um eine gleiche nochmal zu kaufen. Musste bestellt werden. Nach ein paar Tagen war diese dann zur Abholung da. Sie hat sie abgeholt. Zuhause hab ich festgestellt, dass es eine ganz andere ist. Heute war ich dann im Geschäft. Anstatt das Problem zu klären, wurde ich von einem Herrn angepöbelt, dass das Etui nicht das von der Brille ist. Er hat mir unterstellt, ich habe ein altes Etui dabei!!!! Frechheit diese Typ. Die Dame hat dann die richtige Brille gefunden. Diese war etwas günstiger. Geld zurück hab ich nicht bekommen. Dieser Laden wird nicht nie wieder sehen!!!! Wenn man minus Sterne geben könnte, dann Minus 5!!!!!!! Never again!!! I bought reading glasses, then sent my wife over with the invoice to buy the same again. Had to be ordered. After a few days it was ready to be picked up. She picked them up. At home I realized that it was completely different. Then today I was in the shop. Instead of clarifying the problem, I was scolded by a gentleman that the case is not that of the glasses. He insinuated that I have an old case with me !! Insolence this guy. The lady then found the right glasses. This was a little cheaper. I didn't get any money back. This store will not never see you again !!!! If you could give minus stars, then minus 5 !!!!!!!
