Habe mir eine polar vantage m bestellt und bezahlt und in den Shop schwanenstadt senden lassen. 4 bis 5 Tage hieß es. Ok stimmt mal gar nicht. Ich nach einer Woche ging in den Shop da fand man nichts keine Umbuchung usw. Da ich dies für ein Geschenk brauchte hab ich mich nach langer Überlegung entschlossen eine andere zu kaufen die sie da hatten nicht das was ich wollte aber hilft nichts. Kaufte also die Uhr zum 2ten mal. Zuhause kam ich drauf die war gebraucht. Nochmal zum Shop. Es war ihr peinlich und sie schaute wo es noch diese gab. Vöcklabruck Also Geld zurück und nach vöcklabruck da sind erst Helden die wissen nichts ausser das es ne Uhr ist. Egal ich kaufte sie dennoch. Also geschenk gesichert. Aber was tun mit der online Bestellung. Also gewartet bis heute keine e. Mails vom hartlauer bekommen. Also nochmal nachgefragt heute hieß es vom Abteilungsleiter dies gehe es nicht mehr online Bestellungen gehen nicht so gut verlieren bestellungen usw. Also stornieren. Aber keine Entschuldigung für den ganzen Schlamassel für die Spritkosten Ärger usw usw. Bin schwer enttäuscht also Herr hartlauer sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. ic Unfortunately, this has to be the case now. Beware of online orders. Doesn't work very well. I ordered and paid for a polar vantage m and had it sent to the Schwanenstadt shop. It was called 4 to 5 days. Ok, it's not true at all. After a week I went to the shop and found nothing, no rebooking, etc. Since I needed this for a gift, I decided after long deliberation to buy another one that you didn't have what I wanted but doesn't help. So bought the watch for the 2nd time. At home I figured it was needed. Back to the shop. It was embarrassing to her and she looked where there were still these. Vöcklabruck So money back and to Vöcklabruck there are only heroes who don't know anything except that it is a clock. Anyway, I bought it anyway. So a gift secured. But what to do with the online order. So no e waited until today. Get emails from hartlauer. So I asked again today from the department head that it is no longer possible online Orders do not go so well, lose orders, etc. So cancel. But no excuse for the whole mess for the fuel costs, trouble, etc., etc. I'm very disappointed so Mr. Hartlauer I've never seen something like that. ic
