Ich kehr Pearl nach 2 Besuchen in dieser Filiale in 4 Monaten Abstand den Rücken. Da beide male keine Beratung gemacht wurde die man als Beratung bezeichnen kann. Service far from it. No interest in customer service. I should be advised on the Internet. So I know that differently from Pearl 10 years ago. I have to say unfortunately. I return Pearl after 2 visits to this branch in 4 months distance. Since both times no advice was made which one can call advice.

Nach günstigeren Gläsern muss man fragen (gut dass ich mich vorher im Internet umgesehen habe), Mitarbeiterin war nicht sehr begeistert nachdem ich keine Premium Gläser wollte und auch noch eine günstige Fassung ausgewählt habe. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Not much help with the selection of glasses, employee rather disinterested. You have to ask for cheaper glasses (it's good that I looked around the internet beforehand), the employee was not very enthusiastic after I didn't want premium glasses and had also chosen a cheap frame.

Hatten einmal eine andere Filiale probiert und das war eine Katastrophe. We have been customers with the whole family for years and are very satisfied. But I have to say that we only ever go to a certain lady. Had tried another branch and that was a disaster.
