Gerade eine blonde Mitarbeiterin, deren Namen ich leider nicht kenne, war sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich haben seit 35 Jahren ein Wasserbett. Nun haben wir uns entschlossen auf Matratzen mit Lattenrost zu wechseln. Im Dänischen Bettenlager in Kirchdorf kauften wir Sembella F 500 Matratzen sowie Lattenrost samt Zubehör. Wir sind angenehm überrascht über die Beratung und das Fachwissen der netten und freundlichen Verkäuferin Frau Dorninger, das ist heut zutage schon sehr selten.
Wir hoffen, dass wir nach dem Bettenumbau genau so gut schlafen werden.

My wife and I have had a waterbed for 35 years. Now we have decided to switch to mattresses with slatted frames. In the Danish bed warehouse in Kirchdorf, we bought Sembella F 500 mattresses and slatted frames including accessories. We are pleasantly surprised by the advice and expertise of the nice and friendly saleswoman Ms. Dorninger, which is very rare these days.
We hope that after the bed conversion we will sleep just as well.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.
Wir haben am 08.10.2020 einen Matratzentopper Latex bestellt welcher nach 3 Wochen Lieferzeit ankommen sollte. Da ich schon länger Probleme mit den Bandscheiben habe und mein Mann eine Chemotherapie machen muss, wollten wir uns heuer diesen Latextopper gewähren.
Jetzt haben wir den 21.12.2020 und der Artikel ist noch immer nicht am Standort Kirchdorf angeliefert worden.
Es gab nur eine Dame an der Verkaufsstelle Kirchdorf die sich unserem Problem gewidmet hat, und nachgeforscht hat ob in einer anderen Filiale vielleicht der Topper vorrätig ist. Was er auch tatsächlich war.
Der Bezirksleiter sollte ihn bei Gelegenheit mitnehmen, doch anscheinend sind wir es nicht wert gewesen und er tat es bis heute nicht.
Ich werde so schnell nichts mehr in einer Jysk-Filiale einkaufen.
PS: ein großes Dankeschön an die Dame an der Verkaufsstelle Kirchdorf, welche sich sehr bemüht hat und unser Anliegen ernst genommen hat.

We are very disappointed.
On October 8th, 2020 we ordered a latex mattress topper which should arrive after 3 weeks delivery time. Since I have had problems with my intervertebral discs for a long time and my husband has to undergo chemotherapy, we wanted to get this latex topper this year.
It is now December 21st, 2020 and the item has still not been delivered to the Kirchdorf location.
There was only one lady at the Kirchdorf sales point who dealt with our problem and checked whether the topper might be in stock in another branch. Which he actually was.
The district manager should take it with him when the opportunity arises, but apparently we weren't worth it and he still hasn't.
I'm not going to buy anything from a Jysk store anytime soon.
PS: A big thank you to the lady at the Kirchdorf sales point, who tried very hard and took our concerns seriously.
