★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe das Parfüm "BlacK Opium Extreme" im Douglas Salzburg (Getreidegasse) gekauft.
Laut allen Rezensionen riecht das Oarfüm sehr intensiv und das noch nach Stunden nach dem Auftragen.
Meines jedoch verfliegt jedoch schon nach nicht einmal einer Stunde und man riecht gar nichts mehr. Ich benutze sogar schon 5 Pumpstöße und auch bei anderen hat es den gleichen Effekt.
Ich habe Douglas.at mehrmals angeschrieben, da ich den Artikel als einen Fake im Verdacht habe. Von Douglas kommt keine Reaktion, nur pseudo-automatische Antworten. In den Store konnte man dank Lockdown ja auch nicht.
Danke für diesen Einkauf und das rausgeschmissene Geld. Wir reden hier übrigens von 130€.

Douglas hat sich bei mir inzwischen gemeldet und ich durfte das Parfum in der Filiale zurückgeben. Danke hierfür
I bought the perfume "BlacK Opium Extreme" in Douglas Salzburg (Getreidegasse).
According to all reviews, the Oarfum smells very intense, even hours after application.
Mine, however, flies away after less than an hour and you don't smell anything anymore. I even use 5 pumps already and it has the same effect on others too.
I have written to Douglas.at several times because I suspect the article to be a fake. There is no reaction from Douglas, only pseudo-automatic answers. Thanks to the lockdown, you couldn't go to the store either.
Thank you for this purchase and the wasted money. By the way, we are talking about 130€ here.

Douglas has now contacted me and I was allowed to return the perfume to the branch. Thank you for this

A visually beautiful store in the center of Salzburg. I had very friendly and professional advice. If only every Douglas had consultants as lovely and professional as this store... I was blown away.
