E	Elif K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zwei Familien von Wien nach Salzburg gekommen um Urlaub zu machen. Gestern am Abend waren wir spazieren und haben etwas im Schaufenster gesehen und wollten es heute kaufen. Auf der Eingangstür stand die Öffnungszeit 9:30 Uhr. Als wir dort warteten kam die Angestellte, ist rein gegangen und hat die Tür vor unserer Nase wieder zugesperrt (es war 09:35 Uhr). Wir warteten noch fünf weitere Minuten und sie hat uns einfach ignoriert, bis wir anklopften. Sie meinte sie öffnen erst um 10:00 Uhr (wegen der Coronazeit) und hat verweigert uns reinzulassen. Wir meinten, sie könnte uns wenigstens darauf ansprechen, damit wir nicht umsonst warten oder die Zeiten auf der Tür ändern. Ihre Anwort darauf war unfreundlich, frech und knallhard:„Ich bin nicht die Chefin, ich werde es ihr weiter leiten, tschüss“. We two families came to Salzburg from Vienna to go on vacation. Yesterday evening we went for a walk and saw something in the shop window and wanted to buy it today. The opening time was 9:30 a.m. on the front door. While we were waiting there, the clerk came, went in and locked the door again in front of us (it was 9:35 a.m.). We waited five more minutes and she just ignored us until we knocked. She said they didn't open until 10:00 a.m. (because of the Corona time) and refused to let us in. We thought she could at least talk to us about it so that we don't wait in vain or change the times on the door. Her answer to that was unfriendly, cheeky and tough: "I'm not the boss, I'll pass it on to her, bye".
A	Ayfer Batti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren als Touristen in Salzburg und beim vorbeigehen haben wir den Laden entdeckt aber da es am Abend war, war es schon geschlossen. Da uns etwas sehr gefallen hat, haben wir die Öffnungszeiten angeschaut und waren pünktlich am nächsten Tag um 9.30 vor dem Laden. Die Mitarbeiterin war im Laden und hat uns gar nicht beachtet . Nach unserer Aufforderung hat sie gesagt das der Laden erst um 10 Uhr öffnet wegen Corona, was natürlich nirgendwo stand. Und so unfreundlich war Sie auch noch. We were in Salzburg as tourists and as we passed by we discovered the shop but as it was in the evening it was already closed. Since we liked something very much, we checked the opening times and were on the next day at 9.30 in front of the store. The employee was in the shop and didn't even notice us. After our request, she said that the shop would not open until 10 a.m. due to Corona, which of course was not written anywhere. And she was just as unfriendly.
