S	Stuart Gros-Dubois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war recht unangenehm hier zu shoppen. Keine Musik spielt im Laden, wir waren die Einzigen da und die Verkäuferin ist nur hinter dem Zahltisch gestanden. Also es war viel zu leise. It was quite uncomfortable to shop here. No music is playing in the shop, we were the only ones there and the shop assistant was just behind the payment table. So it was far too quiet.

Irgendwie ist ein Behälter aufgegangen und hart die ganzte schöne BOX( was mich das als Geschenk noch mehr ermutigte zu kaufen)incl.Produkte. Der gehälter war noch ca. 3/4 voll. Da die Verkäüferin laut ihrer angabe mich bedient hatte an diesen Tag sowie die Box Uberprüft hat das alles drinnen ist.15 Minuten und Die box stand bis zunm Abend da. Dann wollte ich es verpacken und noch was dazulegen auf einmal fühlte ich eine "Bath& Shower Cream'. Am Telefon war es so als ob es mein Fehler wäre und da konnte man nichts machen auch als langjähriger Kunde der viel in einer anderen Filiale einkauft(1010 Wien). Ich habe bei L'Occitane sehr viel gekauft meistens den Duft und Rassierutensilien. Eine Apotheke wird das ab jetzt auch tun. Danke für die ca. 6 jahre mindestens die ich mit den Mitarbeitern im 1 Bezirk. Ecke Fleischmarkt und Rothenturm. Die auf der Mariahilf. hat alles versaut. Had problems with a packaging. Somehow, a container has risen and hard the whole beautiful BOX (which encouraged me as a gift even more to buy) incl.Produkte. The salary was still about 3/4 full. Since the Verkäüferin according to her information had served me on this day and the box has checked everything is inside.15 minutes and the box stood until dawn in the evening. Then I wanted to pack it and put something else in. At once I felt a 'Bath & Shower Cream' on the phone it was as if it was my fault and you could not do anything as a longtime customer who buys a lot in another store (1010 I've bought a lot at L'Occitane mostly the fragrance and racial utensils.A pharmacy will do that from now on.Thank you for about 6 years at least that I with the staff in the 1 district corner Fleischmarkt and Rothenturm on Mariahilf has messed everything.

Vor allem hervorheben möchte ich die Dame mit den dunklen Haaren, sie hat mir bei meiner Parfum Auswahl sehr geholfen! Was there today shopping with my mother & I was thrilled. We were so well advised by really nice and competent salespeople! Above all I would like to highlight the lady with the dark hair, she helped me a lot with my perfume selection!
