Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin mit blonden Haaren, ca 1,75 cm groß und ohne Ende getuschten Fake-Wimpern. Ich war am Samstag, 31.7.21 in der Filiale im Gerngross um mir schnell mein Parfum (Sí von Armani) zu holen. Da ich nicht viel Zeit hatte und dies auch mitteilte, verstehe ich nicht, wie jemand derartig langsam arbeiten kann. Klar wurde mir, dass sie mir nicht zuhörte als sie mir eine Probe anbot als ich ihr erneut mitteilte, dass ich das Parfum schon kenne. Ich fühlte mich verhöhnt nach einem derartig langsamen Gang zur Kassa und den unendlichen Fragen von Zusatzverkäufen (das mir bewusst ist, dass Zusatzverkaufsfragen Pflicht sind, trifft sie in diesem Punkt keine Schuld ) als ich gezahlt hatte und sie eine Ewigkeit die Rechnung und den Beleg zusammenklammerte, da ich ihr im Vorhinein ja mitteilte, dass ich wenig Zeit hatte. Sie ließ mich zuschauen, wie sie dies nach geraumer Zeit bewerkstelligte, was ich eine absolute Frechheit finde. Wenn jemand keine Zeit hat und noch dazu ein Parfum kauft, das 72 Euro / 30 ml kostet, möchte man schon wenigstens den Wunsch erfüllt haben, sodass alles rasch von Tannen geht, wenn man das will und mitteilt! Anders dort anstatt dass sie mir das Parfum und die Rechnung aushändigt, lässt sie mich bei ihrer Zirkusvorstellung zuschauen. Als sie mir die Rechnung und das Parfum schlussendlich dann doch überreichte und ich die Filiale verlassen wollte, sagte sie noch einmal dass ich warten soll. Dies machte ich natürlich, aber die Antwort war dann nur "Nein, passt schon." Ich weiß gutes Personal ist schwer zu finden... leider..

On Saturday, July 31st, 21st I went to the branch in Gerngross to quickly get my perfume (Sí from Armani). Since I did not have much time and also communicated this, I do not understand how someone can work so slowly. I realized that she wasn't listening to me when she offered me a sample when I told her again that I already knew the perfume. I felt mocked after such a slow walk to the cash register and the endless questions of additional sales (I am aware that additional sales questions are compulsory, it is not her fault on this point) when I had paid and she was holding the bill and receipt together for ages , because I told her in advance that I had little time. She let me watch how she managed this after a while, which I find an absolute cheek. If someone does not have time and also buys a perfume that costs 72 euros / 30 ml, you want to have at least one wish fulfilled, so that everything goes quickly if you want and communicate it! Different there instead of handing me the perfume and the bill, she lets me watch her circus performance. When she finally handed me the bill and the perfume and I wanted to leave the branch, she said again that I should wait. Of course I did, but the answer was "No, okay." I know good staff is hard to find ... unfortunately ..

Unfreundlichste Store Managerin die ich je gesehen habe… Kundenservice wird klein geschrieben. Besser in Douglas oder NUR online.

I bought the perfume on 16 December Narciso Rodriguzes (For Her) for 117.95EUR, and it appears that the bottle has a defect. I have been buying all the perfumes from this store, but this time I am quite disappointed. I want to return it. Please advise how I shall proceed.

Customer service is very responsive and well attended. So exited to see Jeffree Star Cosmetics all the way here in Vienna, Austria! Although I would recommend leaving certain cosmetics with more care because some testers are in such bad condition and could be bad for anyone trying them out next time.

We have been living in Vienna for four years now, and before that we have lived in three different countries. Never ever, until today, including all four years living in Vienna that we have experienced such a HORRIBLE customer service by the STORE MANAGER of this place. I was buying a lot of make up and unfortunately I didn't realize that 1+1 was only for the members. Ok that is clearly on me, I take that responsibility although the woman who sold me the make up never asked me for the card before charging me. They always ask for the card membership in any other store including Billa, but ok fine. I don't know German and that's my fault, I guess. What came after that, once I came to ask why the bill didn't reflect the 1 bonus piece of male up, the woman just said, do you have the membership? I said no. She answered: too late then. I said ok, but then I want to return these two products. She said very rudely, no, too late. Too late. No. And she left. I checked online to see the return policy and it said that it was possible with the receipt and unopened product until 14 days. I approached another seller and I tried to explain to her and she said that she was not in charge but pointed to the first woman that I talked to. She tried to tell her in German but when that one saw me, she started very rudely yelling in German, and brought to me a piece of plastic folder that had the full page of something written in German, and told me, I said you cannot return, read here, it says here! My husband said to her that we don't speak German and she kept talking in German, and the other seller was also shocked ans terrified, looking at me apologetically and said sorry, she is the store manager. I can't do anything. My husband was then trying to talk to the store manager again this woman and she just yelled back, I have a customer and left. I refused to leave shocked and to be honest terrified by this experience. I said that I wanted my money back and that I'm entitled to the refund. She then came back and grabbed the stuff and went to the cashier still speaking something in German and just saying not my problem, my husband said calmly that we didn't know and that the other woman didn't mention anything about the card. He had the card but for some reason it didn't work and the store manager kept saying not my problem, not my problem!!! She finally gave us back the money as a voucher but honestly I am not going to step into Marionnaud anymore and I will make sure to spread the word about this experience, and unprofessional demeanor of this store manager. Even the seller looked terrified from her reaction! It's unacceptable that this happens in the heart of international city as Vienna!! Please do not go there!! Douglas is just around the corner and they know what the customer service is!!
