Keine Ahnung da meint man immer, dass man nicht alles online kaufen soll, aber irgendwie ist das ganze seit Jahren kein Einkaufserlebnis mehr ?‍♀️ I got the 2021 advent calendar from this branch due to good reviews. I have to say well .. small branches, quite unmotivated saleswomen. No idea because you always think that you shouldn't buy everything online, but somehow the whole thing hasn't been a shopping experience for years ?‍♀️
G	Gabi B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody approached me to even greet me not to speak of offering help although I looked awkwardly around for someone to help me for 20min. Prices were not present or mixed up, missing testers and labels, a mess. I tried to find the products I was looking for myself in the drawer of the display. Only then did a rude employee come to ask what I was doing. I asked her for the products, to which she took them out and checked the numbers on the back with me, just to put the wrong one in the bag (a Dior eyeshadow) and have me pay for it. Good thing I checked before leaving the shopping center and went back to exchange it. Nobody apologised, moreover the person who had served me started speak in German to the cashier so I wouldn't understand. I was left with the impression that she intentionally switched the products. I'm a paying customer. I worked in Douglas and Sephora many many years ago and we used to have an etiquette of how to treat a customer - greet them, ask them if they need help, take the product out of the box when selling and show that the color corresponds, wish them a nice day. Just awful service, never again. A woman should walk out delighted from such a store and wish to return.
