Bei der - 25% Aktion auf Hippies Babynahrung wurden mir bei 6 Stück die Prozente nicht abgezogen. Bei der Reklamation war die Verkäufern sehr unhöflich und hat mir zur Antwort gegeben:" wenn das nicht in der Kassa ist dann kann sie das auch nicht abziehen. "
Einfach nur Kundenabzocke mit Prozentakzionen die nicht abgezogen werden.
Very rude staff!
In the - 25% promotion on hippies baby food, the percentages were not deducted for 6 of them. The seller was very rude with the complaint and gave me the answer: "If it is not in the cash register, then it cannot be deducted."
Just rip-off customers with percentages that are not deducted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ein ganz normaler BIPA. Hatte großen Durst und habe im Geschäft warten müssen, weil eine Freundin Fotos ausgedruckt hat, was länger dauert. Ich habe mein Getränt ohne zu bezahlen im Geschäft geöffnet und getrunken. An der Kassa habe ich gesagt das ich es schon ausgetrunken habe, da ich so einen Durst hatte. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr unfreundlich, und hat mich zusammengeschissen, dass man zuerst zahlt und dann erst trinkt. Prinzipiell hat sie natürlich recht, aber bis jetzt war das noch nie ein Problem, egal wohin man geht.
Actually a normal BIPA. Thirsty and had to wait in the shop, because a friend has printed photos, which takes longer. I opened my drink without paying in the shop and drank. At the cash desk, I said that I already drank it, because I was so thirsty. The employee at the cash register was very rude, and has shattered me, that you pay first and then drink. In principle, she is right, of course, but so far this has never been a problem, no matter where you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich, wenn man kurz mal Hilfe braucht & einige Artikel sind nicht verfügbar, weswegen man sie online bestellen muss. Außerdem überflüssige Filiale, da das EZE in der Nähe eine moderne Filiale hat.
Unfortunately, the staff are not very friendly when you need help briefly & some items are not available, so you have to order them online. Also superfluous branch, as the EZE has a modern branch nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz OK. Ein paar Mitarbeiterinnen hängen am privaten Handy, während man auf sie wartet. Zur Rezension von Bernhard: Es ist gesetzlich erlaubt, es zuerst zu trinken, solange man bezahlt. Man darf zum Beispiel gesetzlich auch Weintrauben oder andere offene Lebensmittel im Geschäft kosten, bevor man sie kauft.
It's perfectly alright. A few employees hang on their private cell phones while you wait for them. Regarding Bernhard's review: It is legally allowed to drink it first as long as you pay. For example, you are legally allowed to taste grapes or other open groceries in the shop before you buy them.
