a	a xy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Service ist eine Frechheit. Die Bestellung wurde 1,5 h vorher für die gewünschte und mögliche Lieferzeit abgegeben. Als das Essen nicht kam, hat man auf Anruf initial gar nicht abgehoben und dann die Kundschaft direkt beim Hörer Abheben angeschrien, "dass es kommen wird in ein Paar Minuten". 1 h später nach einem zusätzlichen Anruf war es da. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um. Nie wieder eine Bestellung dort. The service is a cheek. The order was placed 1.5 hours in advance for the desired and possible delivery time. When the food did not come, they didn’t answer the phone at all and then shouted at the customers directly when they lifted the receiver, "that it will come in a few minutes". 1 hour later after an additional call it was there. That's not how you treat customers. Never again an order there.

Ich musste dann feststellen, dass meine Salami mit Knoblauchsauce zu einer Margherita mit Cocktailsauce wurde. I was very happy to order from you, unfortunately my last order only arrived after 1.5 hours. I then found that my salami with garlic sauce turned into a margherita with cocktail sauce.

Hatte dort einmal das Pech, dass ich aufgrund falscher Öffnungszeiten auf der Bestellseite kein Essen mehr bekommen habe. Unglücklicherweise trotz dreier Mails dann auch über eine Woche lang keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Am Ende hat der Inhaber auf meine Bewertung hier reagiert, sich vielmals entschuldigt, mir mein Geld erstattet und ein unglaublich nettes Angebot gemacht. So geht echter Service! Dankeschön :) Delicious pizzas, always on-time delivery, friendly suppliers. Once there I had the misfortune that I couldn't get any more food due to wrong opening times on the order page. Unfortunately, despite three emails, I didn't get any feedback for over a week. In the end, the owner responded to my review here, apologizing many times, refunded my money and made an incredibly nice offer. This is how real service works! Thanks very much :)

Schnelle Lieferung, heiße leckere Pizza und sehr freundliche Lieferanten. Echt top! Always happy to order here. Ordered a pizza with extra corn today and it was more than enough. Fast delivery, hot tasty pizza and very friendly delivery people. Really great!

Mehrmals und nach gefühlten 10 Bestellung wird nie der zusatztext gelesen. Die Pizza schaut aus als wäre sie 10 sec I'm Ofen gewesen und komplett weiß. Wer isst sowas? Die Fahrer haben schon öfter versucht weniger retourgeld zugeben, in Hoffnung das es nicht auffällt. Absolute Frechheit! Die Pizzeria hat total nachgelassen. Und da sie nicht mal auf Stammkunden schauen die regelmäßig bestellen ist jetzt für mich schluss. NIE WIEDER! For 10 years regular customer and regular orders, my last order was definitely the last. The additional text is never read several times and after what feels like 10 orders. The pizza looks like it has been in the oven for 10 seconds and is completely white. Who eats this? The drivers have often tried to give less return money in the hope that it will not be noticed. Absolute cheek! The pizzeria has totally declined. And since they don't even look at regular customers who order regularly, it's over for me now. NEVER AGAIN!

Ich habe Verständnis wenn viel zu tun ist, aber dann sollte man zumindest eine halbwegs realistische Lieferzeit nach der Bestellung angeben. Und das eine Pizza kalt zugestellt wird geht einfach gar nicht! That was the last order yesterday! We waited an hour and a half instead of the stated 42 minutes and the pizza was almost cold. I understand if there is a lot to do, but then you should at least give a reasonably realistic delivery time after ordering. And it's just not possible for a pizza to be delivered cold!

Pizza ich will aber kann nicht, nicht ganz durch, Zusatzinformationen werden gekonnt ignoriert (wollten keinen Mais auf der Pizza). 20 min verspätet. Selbst unser Hund verweigert! After 8 years, the last order today! Pizza I want but can't, not quite through, additional information is skilfully ignored (didn't want corn on the pizza). 20 minutes late. Even our dog refused!
