★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas von unfreundlich schon am Telefon ..... deshalb habe ich meinen Termin nicht wahrgenommen da ich den Eindruck vermittelt bekommen habe das man sich hier keine Zeit für den Patienten nimmt.
Something unfriendly on the phone ... that's why I didn't keep my appointment because I got the impression that they don't take time for the patient here.
