★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 24.08.2021 in der Filiale Panto Outdoor, Melisau 1255, 6863 Egg beim Einkaufen. Die Verkäuferinnen waren sehr aufmerksam und hatten alle eine hervorragende Fachkompetenz! Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung! Ich habe dort leider meine Strickweste vergessen. Heute, am 26.08.2021 hat meine Ehefrau dann in der Filiale mit der Frau Paula gesprochen und um Zusendung der Weste gebeten. Frau Paula war sehr verständnisvoll und nachdem wir dort für über 300 € eingekauft hatten, hat sie sogar die Kosten für die Zusendung nach Deutschland übernommen. So einen "Topservice" findet man wirklich selten!!! Vielen Dank, Frau Paula! Wir werden natürlich bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in dieser Region wieder in dieser Filiale einkaufen!

I was shopping in the Panto Outdoor store, Melisau 1255, 6863 Egg on 08/24/2021. The shop assistants were very attentive and all of them had excellent expertise! Very friendly and courteous service! Unfortunately I forgot my knitted vest there. Today, on August 26th, 2021, my wife spoke to Ms. Paula in the branch and asked for the vest to be sent. Ms. Paula was very understanding and after we had shopped there for over € 300, she even took over the costs of sending it to Germany. Such a "top service" is really rare! Thank you very much, Ms. Paula! We will of course be shopping in this store again on our next vacation in this region!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Angebot mag recht vielfältig sein. Der Laden wirkte auf mich jedoch düster und zu vollgepackt. Vielleicht lag es ja am schlechten Wetter. Auch 15 Minuten nach Ankunft keine Kontaktaufnahme durch das Personal.
Wer ungestört stöbern möchte, ist hier also genau richtig.
The offer may be quite diverse. The place seemed gloomy and too packed to me. Maybe it was the bad weather. Even 15 minutes after arrival, no contact was made by the staff.
So if you want to browse undisturbed, this is the right place for you.
