B	Bella Schwämmle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich glaube ich bin nicht alleine mit meiner Meinung zu diesem Fitness. Die Mitgliederzentrale ist eine reine Katastrophe Wer Glück hat erreicht jemanden. Und komisch, dass man nur Infos bekommt wenn man hundert mal weiter geleitet wurde und es bei hunderten verschiedenen Telefonnummern probiert hat. Dazu wird Hier viel Geld verrechnet, dass man dir bei Vertragsabschluss natürlich nicht mitteilt. Die Vertragsbindung ist das nächste große Thema 4 Monate Kündigungsfrist.. ich könnte ewig so weiter machen ich persönlich kann nur abraten in diesem Fitnessstudio einen Vertrag ab zu schließen. Denn abgebucht wird auch wie man lustig ist.. sowas habe ich ja noch garnie erlebt! Bei Zahlungsverzug werden gleich mal knapp 20€ Bearbeitungsgebühren berechnet. Das ist alles in meinen Augen reine verarsche auch die Zugangskarte ist schnell gesperrt aber sie wieder frei zu geben dauert ewig. Für mich war das der größte Fehler hier einen Vertrag abzuschließen. I don't think I'm alone with my opinion about this fitness. The membership center is a pure catastrophe. If you are lucky you will reach someone. And funny that you only get information if you have been forwarded a hundred times and tried hundreds of different phone numbers. A lot of money is charged here, so that you will of course not be informed when the contract is signed. The contract is the next big issue 4 months notice .. I could go on forever I personally can only advise against signing a contract in this gym. Because it is debited as you are funny .. I've never experienced anything like that! In the event of late payment, just under € 20 processing fees will be charged. In my eyes that's all just kidding, the access card is quickly blocked but it takes forever to release it. For me it was the biggest mistake to sign a contract here.
D	Daniel Meusburger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte gestern 2 Abos im Wert von umgerechnet EUR 1.560,00 abschließen - zuerst musste ich eine Kundin bemühen, damit ein Angestellter an den Empfang kam, um mich hinein zu lassen. Als ich ihm mitteilte, dass ich die Verträge machen will, aber dass ich keine Vertragsgebühr von 50,00 bezahlen wollte, gab es hier null Toleranz (hätte diese einmal für meine Gattin zahlen müssen da ihre Firma dies nicht fördert) - gehe davon aus dass die Neukundenakquise nicht als vorrangig in diesem Studio angesehen wird - lieber verzichten sie hier auf 2 Verträge die ein vielfaches davon kosten. Hätte mir ein klein wenig mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht... Wanted yesterday to complete 2 subscriptions worth the equivalent of EUR 1,560.00 - first I had to try a customer, so that an employee came to the reception to let me in. Das Ergebnis war noch enttäuschender: Nur Abwimmeln und durchblicken lassen, dass man eben die Verträge genauer lesen sollte ... Customer service a pure catastrophe: 9 call attempts were necessary, until I finally could bring my concern to a coworker of the member center. The result was even more disappointing: Just let go and let it be known that you should read the contracts more precisely ...
