Viele Parkplätze sind vielleicht reserviert, aber unklar beschildert (reserviert für keine Angabe). Teuer sowieso.... Terrible garage. Vending machines with poor functionality, parking spaces cumbersome and too small. Vehicles regularly protrude beyond the areas. Many parking spaces may be reserved, but are clearly signposted (reserved for no information). Expensive anyway ...

Aber im Hotel Andreas gab es Rabatt für die Tiefgarage, so zahlen wir nur 18 Euro für 24 h too expensive, 35 euros for 24 hours a ticket costs 38 euros. But the machine was faulty and did not issue a ticket. The following business day I went to their office to get my ticket but they asked me to pay again in cash claiming that my credit card was not charged. After reviewing my statement, I realized that it was actually charged. I filed a claim with my credit card provider and provided all kinds of documents of the double charge. They habe contacted the garage and they refused to refund. Now 5 months have passed and despite all the evidence, they are still refusing to issue a refund...
