★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este o parcare subterană bine amplasată zonal,dar fără încălzire pe durata anotimpului rece(?) ca să-și merite prețul, nejustificat de mare în raport cu "oferta" BOE-lui. Mă refer la regim de plată lunar, tip ABONAMENT !
Cele 2-3 grade în plus sau minus față de exterior,nu justifică prețul. Varianta parcării de scurtă durată, este chiar indicată și la un tarif identic cu cel de pe stradă, eventual cu ceva peste.
Revenind,din păcate nu ai altă variantă știindu-se faptul că este greu să găsești un loc de parcare în această zonă.
Să nu vorbim despre tarifele sezonale care diferă substanțial de la unul la altul. Mă refer la vară/iarnă,când acum nu se mai simte diferența de anotimp sau prea puțin.
De unde diferența de preț ?!Ce-mi oferi în plus față de perioada aprilie-octombrie? NIMIC.
Câștig ar fi o oarecare protecție pe timpul zilei/nopții și cam atât. Și nici asta peste tot...garajul fiind dotat cu camere de supraveghere abia la ieșirea din subteran.
 It is a well-located underground parking area, but without heating during the cold season (?) To deserve its price, unjustifiably high compared to the "offer" of the BOE. I am referring to the monthly payment regime, subscription type!
The 2-3 degrees more or less than the outside, does not justify the price. The variant of short-term parking is even indicated at a rate identical to the one on the street, possibly with something over.
Coming back, unfortunately you have no choice but knowing that it is difficult to find a parking space in this area.
Not to mention the seasonal rates that differ substantially from one to another. I mean summer / winter, when now you don't feel the difference in season or too little.
Where does the price difference come from ?! What do you offer me in addition to the April-October period? NOTHING.
Gain would be some protection during the day / night and that's about it. And not everywhere ... the garage being equipped with surveillance cameras only at the exit of the underground.
