R	Reini.J. Weidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich persönlich finde dass manche Mitarbeiter fehl am Platz sind des weiteren ist diese Filiale ständig überfüllt. Auch mein Konto bei der Post habe ich gekündigt da wird vergessen abzubuchen und der Kunde kann noch Mahngebühren bezahlen. Genauso wie unser Briefträger der nicht richtig sprechen kann ständig eine rotzige Nase hat und so langsam geht das man ihm beim Gehen die Schuhe zu binden kann. So I personally think that some employees are out of place and this branch is constantly overcrowded. I also canceled my post at the post office because I forgot to debit and the customer can still pay reminder fees. Just like our postman who can't speak properly has a snotty nose all the time and is so slow that you can tie his shoes while walking.

Ich habe immer die Möglichkeit Pakete selber abzuholen und aufzugeben und wenn ich ein Paket nicht finde, dann bemühen sich die Mitarbeiter immer sehr darum, dass wir es finden. Ich empfehle den anderen hier stattdessen mal einen DHL/DPD/GLS Shop aufzusuchen, dort muss man schon Glück haben, wenn der Angestellte einen sprachlich versteht. I also don't understand where some people see the problem here. I always have the option of picking up and dropping off parcels myself, and if I can't find a parcel, the employees always try hard to ensure that we find it. I recommend the others to visit a DHL / DPD / GLS shop instead, you have to be lucky there if the employee understands you linguistically.
g	geht die nix an on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe!!! Personal ist sowas von unproduktiv, ich bekomme jedesmal die Krise wenn ich dort ein Packerl abholen muss! Letztens bekam ich ausserdem die falsche Auskunft dass meine Sendung versichert sei -> ist nie angekommen, und bleibe jetzt auf den Kosten sitzen, da es anscheinend doch nicht versichert war! Meine Reklamation darüber wurde recht unfreundlich mit dem Kommentar "da können wir jetzt auch nichts mehr machen" abgetan! Absolute Frechheit diese Filiale!!!! Absolute disaster !!! Personnel is so unproductive, I get the crisis every time I have to pick up a package there! Lately I also got the wrong information that my shipment was insured -> it never arrived, and now I am left with the costs because it apparently wasn't insured! My complaint about it was dismissed quite unfriendly with the comment "we can't do anything anymore"! Absolute cheek this branch !!
T	Teilzeitmusik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung worüber sich die anderen Leute so aufregen... Mir wäre nie aufgefallen dass jemand unhöflich oder zu langsam war. Ich hab schon sicher 20 Pakete holen müssen und es gab fast nie ein Problem. Und wenn es mal eines gab dann hat das Personal das wirklich schnell gelöst. I honestly have no idea what makes the other people so upset ... I would never have noticed that someone was rude or too slow. I've certainly had to get 20 packages and there was almost never a problem. And if there was one, then the staff did it really fast.
P	Peter Lob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manchmal kommen ein paar Briefe und Pakete in dieser Filiale an. Aber auch hier war ich immer zufrieden und konnte schnell immer meine Sendung entgegen nehmen. Schön, dass es heute noch so einen Service im Paket-wirrwarr gibt. Sometimes a few letters and parcels arrive at this branch. But here too I was always satisfied and could always take my shipment quickly. Nice that there is still such a service in the package confusion.
l	luggi leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahrscheinlich die Postfiliale mit dem schlechtestem Service in ganz Innsbruck ! Mit kommt vor, als ob die Mitarbeiter teilweise völlig desinteressiert sind. Habe auch schon des öfteren lautstarke Kundenbeschwerden mitbekommen. Warteschlangen von +/- 10 Kunden sind beinahe Standard ! Probably the post office with the worst service in Innsbruck! It seems as if the employees are sometimes completely disinterested. Have also heard loud complaints from customers. Queues of +/- 10 customers are almost standard!
M	Max Mustermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Kunde vor mir, ein älterer Herr, stellt eine Frage, ob nach dem Stromausfall von vor 2 Tagen nun die Pakete wieder abholbar sind. Die flapsige Antwort (auf eine normale, berechtigte Frage) war ja keine Ahnung kann nichts versprechen. Aber als der Mann dann kurz rausging zum Auto schimpft die hinter dem Tresen: Ja dann komm halt a anders mal Alter, hasch eh den ganzen Tag Zeit! Was soll das? Wahnsinn, danach hat sie sich bei Kunden noch beschwert, wie „arm“ sie ist und was sie sich den ganzen Tag anhören musste von anderen Kunden. Eindeutig falsche Berufswahl liebe Dame! Schämen sie sich. A customer in front of me, an elderly man, asks a question whether the parcels can be picked up again after the power failure two days ago. The flippant answer (to a normal, legitimate question) was no idea, can't promise anything. But when the man went out to the car for a moment, the one behind the counter scolded: Yes, come on a different way, dude, you've got the whole day anyway! What shoud that? Crazy, afterwards she complained to customers about how “poor” she is and what she had to listen to from other customers all day. Clearly wrong career choice dear lady! Shame yourself.
