so i got gifted a viper frame-set from a friend who bought one a few years back. after lots of emails & phone calls to buy a replacement derailleur hanger & even passing by the physical address to find no one there, i have decided that this brand and company are completely useless. you can't sell a frame-set for almost 2000,- euro & have no customer support whatsoever.
