★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein 82 jähriger Vater wurde gestern von der extrem arroganten und unfreundlichen Dame bei der Anmeldung mit den Worten "Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt suchen Sie sich einen anderen Arzt" abgefertigt!!! Dabei hat er nur ohne alle Zettel an der Tür zu lesen (bei einem AUGENARZT) die Ordination betreten.
Der Arzt mag gut sein, aber leider braucht man die Anmeldung und die ist eine Katastrophe.
My 82 year old father was treated yesterday by the extremely arrogant and unfriendly lady when he registered with the words "If it doesn't suit you, look for another doctor"! He only entered the ordination without reading all the notes on the door (with an Ophthalmologist).
The doctor may be good, but unfortunately you need to register and that is a disaster.
