L	Lea Muck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Arbeitskollegin hat mir Herr Dr. Wackernagel wärmstens empfohlen. Das er so nett sei kann ich in keinster Weise bestätigen. Ich bin mit einem mir sehr wichtigen Anliegen in seine Ordination gekommen, wollte mich beraten lassen. Schon nach den ersten Sätzen hat er mich unterbrochen, ist mir ins Wort gefallen und war sehr ungehalten. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit mich zu erklären und mein Anliegen vorzubringen. Vielleicht hatte er auch nur einen schlechten Tag, aber auch das ist für mich keine Entschuldigung für so ein Verhalten. A work colleague gave me Dr. Wackernagel warmly recommended. I can't confirm in any way that he is so nice. I came to his ordination with a matter that was very important to me and wanted to get advice. He interrupted me after the first few sentences, cut me off and was very angry. I had no way of explaining myself and raising my concerns. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that too is no excuse for such behavior.

Herr Doktor Wackernagel war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wirklich ein tolles Arzterlebnis! Very nice practice team! From the appointment processing to the reception to the treatment, everything was perfect. Doctor Wackernagel was also very friendly. Really a great doctor experience!

Bin Dankbar diesen Arzt gefunden zu haben! Mit dem Auto schwierig, da in der Stadt... Darum mein Tipp... einfach die Öffis nehmen. Haltestelle fast vor der Tür!!!!! Get an appointment quickly !! Friendly and very, very competent! Starts with the nice ladies at the reception and ends with the doctor! I am grateful to have found this doctor! Difficult by car because in the city ... So my tip ... just take public transport. Stop almost in front of the door !!!!!

Nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit, hört zu, erklärt ruhig - so soll es sein. Terminvergabe innerhalb von 2 Tagen, in der Praxis fast keine Wartezeit. Alles wirkt gut organisiert. Very pleasant ophthalmologist and friendly practice team. You don't feel like you are with a "typical" health insurance doctor. Takes enough time, listens, explains calmly - that's the way it should be. Appointments are made within 2 days, in practice there is almost no waiting time. Everything looks well organized.

Mein Vater, dement im Anfangsstadium, fühlte sich verstanden und sehr gut betreut. Vielen Dank für alles! Alle Mitarbeiter:innen sind ebenfalls sehr herzlich und kompetent und die Ordination ist sehr übersichtlich. Alle Sterne, weil diese Ordination mit allem das bietet, was man sich als Patient wünschen könnte. Mr. Priv.-Doz. dr Wackernagel stands out not only because of his technical expertise, but above all because of his human competence. My father, who was in the early stages of dementia, felt understood and very well looked after. Many thanks for everything!
