M	Marki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt nimmt sich überhaupt keine Zeit für einen, beantwortet keine fachlichen Fragen oder nur mit "so ist halt das Leben". Er nimmt einen nicht ernst und man fühlt sich mit seinem Problem total allein gelassen! (Auch wenn das Team sonst sehr nett war) The doctor doesn’t take any time for you, doesn’t answer any technical questions or just say "that's life". He doesn't take you seriously and you feel totally alone with your problem! (Even if the team was otherwise very nice)

Da mir aber vor kurzem meine Geldbörse samt aller darin enthaltenen Karten gestohlen wurde, musste ich diesmal ohne E-Card zum Termin. Auf diese Weise erfuhr ich wie man behandelt/nicht behandelt wird wenn man diese nicht hat (oder nicht dabei hat) Kurzum. Leider werde ich aufgrund dieser Erfahrung den Arzt wechseln. Der Arzt ist sehr kompetent. I have been a patient for a very long time and have been satisfied so far. Since my wallet and all the cards contained in it were recently stolen, this time I had to go to the appointment without an e-card. In this way, I learned how to be treated / not treated if you do not have them (or not) in a nutshell. Unfortunately I will change the doctor because of this experience. The doctor is very competent.

Vom Eintreffen in die Ordination bis zum Verlassen vergeht keine halbe Stunde. In dieser halben Stunde war ich aber bei 3 verschiedenen Stationen! TOP! Very good ophthalmologist - the team is also very nice. Quick appointment at my annual check-up. Less than half an hour passes from the time you arrive at the ordination until you leave. In this half hour I was at 3 different stations! TOP!

Und auch die Beandlung war akribisch und gekonnt. Vollste Empfehlung meinerseits! Super fast appointment. Friendly staff and what was most important to me personally -> TOP processes in the ordination and there are hardly any waiting times. And the handling was also meticulous and skillful. Fullest recommendation on my part!

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Short waiting time for an appointment in case of complaints, beautiful old building practice and also the Dr. is very competent and friendly! I can only recommend!
