S	Snizhana Unguryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 25.03.2022 um 9 Uhr war eine Ordinationsassistentin sehr unhöflich in der Ordination für kranke Kinder! Sowas kann nicht noch ein Mal passieren ! On 03/25/2022 at 9 a.m. an ordination assistant was very rude in the ordination for sick children! Something like this can't happen again!
t	trust god on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine kompetenten Gespräche eher Oberflächige, auch alles was einem für das Kind verschrieben wird nur mit Kooperation der apotheke, ich werde definitiv zu einem anderen kinderarzt wechseln auch wenn ich zu diesem kinderarzt nur 2 Minuten hätte lohnt 2s sich einfach nicht hier her zukommen! Mein Kind ist seit Sonntag krank 38,5 grad am Mittwoch war ich beim Arzt und sie verschrieb meiner Tochter nichts, Donnerstag hatte meine Tochter Fieber 39,5 jede 6 Stunden musste ich Zäpfchen von Donnerstag auf Freitag die Nacht geben, heute Freitag war ich bei einem Hausarzt in Niederösterreich und sie verschrieb mir Antibiotika plus nureflex meinem Kind, da es meiner Tochter schon seit Sonntag nicht gut geht! Und hier hatte man mich ohne ein Rezept nachhause geschickt, hätte ich keine fieber Zäpfchen müsste ich einen krankenwagen rufen, diese Ordination ist NUR auf geld aus, jemehr und je öfters Kunden kommen desto mehr haben sie was davon. Das merkt man eindeutig. Wenn man da anruft hebt nie wer ab bez. Sehr selten. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. NICHT WEITER ZU EMPFÄHLEN! No competent discussions, rather superficial ones, even everything that is prescribed for the child only with the cooperation of the pharmacy, I will definitely switch to another pediatrician even if I only had 2 minutes to go to this pediatrician, it is simply not worth coming here! My child has been sick since Sunday 38.5 degrees on Wednesday I was at the doctor and she did not prescribe anything for my daughter, on Thursday my daughter had a fever of 39.5 every 6 hours I had to give suppositories from Thursday to Friday night, today I was at Friday a family doctor in Lower Austria and she prescribed me antibiotics plus nureflex for my child, because my daughter has not been well since Sunday! And here I was sent home without a prescription, if I had no fever suppositories I would have to call an ambulance, this ordination is ONLY for money, more and the more often customers come the more they get something out of it. You can clearly see that. If you call there, no one ever picks up or very seldom. I have never experienced anything like it. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!
D	Dede N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht ? wie kann man eine Mutter mit Baby rausschmeissen und sagen ich will und werde ihre Tochter nicht behandeln weil sie nicht impfen wollen. Ich habe meine Gründe und Sorgen erzählt, trotzdem. Ich verstehe nicht wie kann man vor allem bei Kindern solche Unterschiede machen. Geimpft oder ungeimpft, ein guter Arzt sollte doch jedes Kind behandeln und helfen. Wahrscheinlich schon auf Hypokrates Eid vergessen dass man immer und allen Hilfe leistet, ich finde das echt traurig, unmenschlich und unprofessionell ? I am very disappointed ? how can you throw a mother out with a baby and say I do not want to and will not treat her daughter because she does not want to vaccinate. I told my reasons and concerns, anyway. I don't understand how you can make such differences, especially with children. Vaccinated or unvaccinated, a good doctor should treat and help every child. Probably forgotten on Hypocrates oath that you always give help to everyone, I find that really sad, inhuman and unprofessional ?

Dann die böse Überraschung: Sprechstundenhilfe teilt mit, dass die Ordination derzeit keine neuen Patienten aufnimmt. Auf der Hompage steht nichts davon und dass kranke Kinder KEINEN Termin brauchen, wende ich ein - stimmt, gibt die Mitarbeiterin zu, das sei ganz neue Regelung. Ob man denn in Anbetracht dieser Misskommunikation nicht eine Ausnahme machen könne, es geht um einen akuten Krankheitsfall, der eine Diagnose benötigt, bitte ich. Leider keine Chance, heißt es nach Rückfrage mit der Ärztin. Extrem patientenfeindliches Erlebnis, finde ich absolut nicht ok! Total failure. Spent 30 minutes in line with sick 3 year old. Then the nasty surprise: The office hours help announced that the ordination is currently not accepting any new patients. There is nothing about it on the homepage and I object that sick children DO NOT need an appointment - agrees, the employee admits, this is a completely new rule. In view of this miscommunication, whether one could not make an exception, I ask that it is an acute illness that requires a diagnosis. Unfortunately no chance, it says after asking the doctor. Extremely patient-hostile experience, I find absolutely not ok!
M	Merve Oecal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordination ist sehr schmutzig! Ich lege ungern mein Baby hin um es untersuchen zu lassen. Auf Hygiene wird auf keinen Fall geachtet. Überall Dreck! Ziehe die 3 Monate durch und suche mir einen anderen Kinderarzt. Wenn der Termin um 11 ist, kommen wir erst um 12 dran. Auf Abstand wird nicht geachtet. Die Frau Dr. untersucht ohne eine Maske. Es wird nicht gelüftet. Schweißgeruch überall. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT! The ordination is very dirty! I hate to put my baby down to have it checked out. In any case, hygiene is not taken into account. Dirt everywhere! Go through the 3 months and look for another pediatrician. If the appointment is at 11, we won't get it until 12. Distance is not taken into account. Als ich der Ärztin mitgeteilt habe, dass ich für mein Baby keine weiteren Impfungen mehr wünsche, ist mir mitgeteilt worden, dass ich mir einen neuen Kinderarzt suchen muss. Unfassbar! Vaccinate! Vaccinate! Vaccinate! In this ordination there is a vaccination obligation for children. When I told the doctor that I didn't want any more vaccinations for my baby, I was told that I had to find a new pediatrician. Incomprehensible!
g	gringots 61 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Ganz schnelle "Behandlung". Sogar Impfungen werden so schnell gemacht, dass das Kind vor Angst schreit. Und weil die Muskeln dann angespannt waren hat das Kind eine Riesenbeule am Arm bekommen was dann so gedreht wurde als wäre es unsere Schuld. Außerdem durfte man bis vor ein paar Jahren dort mit Kopftuch nicht arbeiten und auch kein 5-Tages Praktikum für die Schule machen. Die Ärztin meinte es wäre unhygienisch und dass es nicht zum Arbeitsklima passen würde (was auch immer das heißen mag). Das nenne ich Doppelmoral, denn bei Patienten hatte sie das Problem anscheinend nicht. Ich hoffe inzwischen weiß sie, dass Menschen nicht nach ihrer Kleidung oder dem Äußeren bewertet werden sollen, ganz besonders nicht Kinder! Very long waiting times. Very quick "treatment". Even vaccinations are done so quickly that the child screams in fear. And because the muscles were then tense, the child got a huge lump on the arm, which was then turned as if it were our fault. In addition, until a few years ago you were not allowed to work there with a headscarf or to do a 5-day internship for the school. The doctor said it was unhygienic and that it didn't fit the working atmosphere (whatever that means). That's what I call double standards, because she didn't seem to have the problem with patients. I hope by now she knows that people shouldn't be judged on their clothes or appearance, especially not children!
