c	christa h. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessioneller und unfreundlicher als gestern Frau Jana im DM Kosmetikstudio in der Thaliastraße 98/100, hat mir noch niemals jemand eine Fusspflege verpasst. Nicht nur, dass meine Bitte den Shelac, der eh nur noch auf 4 Nägeln vorhanden war, abzufeilen, da meine Nägel durch die Lackentfernerflüssigkeit bröselig und total kaputt wurden, und seither alle anderen Damen in sämtlichen Filialen, diesem Wunsch entsprechen, ignorierte diese "Fachkraft" meinen Wunsch. Am Ende dieser " Behandlung" wurde ich gefragt ob ich eine Fusscreme wünsche (gehört doch wohl automatisch dazu??) und mir wurde gesagt, dass die roten Verfärbungen (vom "entfernten" Shelac!!!!) nicht abgehen würden und halt auswachsen müssten (nicht mal das hat sie hingekriegt!!!) Für diese unprofessionelle, ignorante und einfach nur schlechte "Arbeit" 36,50 Euro zu verlangen ist einfach nur unverschämt. Unprofessional and unfriendly than yesterday Mrs. Jana in the DM beauty salon in the Thaliastraße 98/100, has never missed me anyone a foot care. Not only that my request the Shelac, which was only available on 4 nails, to hurry, because my nails were crumbled and totally broken by the Lackentfernerflüssigkeit, and since then all the other ladies in all branches, this desire, ignored this "specialist "my wish. At the end of this "treatment" I was asked if I want a foot cream (but it probably automatically belongs to ??) and I was told that the red discoloration (from the "distant" Shelac !!!!) would not go off and just grow out (not even that got them !!!) To ask for this unprofessional, ignorant and just bad "work" 36,50 Euro is just outrageous.
B	Barbara Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die negative rezension über Fr. Jana kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin seit 1 Jahr bei ihr, sie war und ist immer sehr nett und eine ausgezeichnete Fußpflegerin. Sie geht immer auf wünsche ein und versucht die Behandlung so schmerzfrei wie möglich zu machen, was natürlich bei eingewachsenen Nägeln nahezu unmöglich ist. Ich war schon bei anderen Fußpflegern, die darauf überhaupt keine rücksicht nahmen, dort wäre eine negative rezension eher angebracht. Dass man nach der Behandlung gefragt wird, ob man eine Fußcreme möchte finde ich gut, denn manche Leute wollen das nicht. Aber es wird wohl immer Menschen geben, die lieber negative Sachen schreiben, als sich mit der Person auszutauschen und zu Informieren was möglich ist und was nicht. Denn ich denke doch dass eine ausgebildete "Fachkraft" mehr Ahnung hat als ein Laie. I can not understand the negative review about Ms. Jana at all. I have been with her for 1 year, she was and is always very nice and an excellent podiatrist. She always responds to requests and tries to make the treatment as painless as possible, which of course is almost impossible with ingrown nails. I have been to other podiatrists who did not consider it at all, so a negative review would be more appropriate. I think it's good that you are asked after the treatment whether you want a foot cream, because some people don't want it. But there will always be people who prefer to write negative things rather than exchange ideas and information with the person about what is possible and what is not. Because I think that a trained "specialist" has more idea than a layperson.

Hallo? ich hab nur eingedrehte Haare bekommen ... hätt ich selber auch machen können ... a joke! :( I make an appointment and say in advance that I want a braided hairstyle ... the hairdresser then has too long finger nails and cannot braid ... Hello? I only got twisted hair ... I could have done it myself ...
L	Liz Gar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Ansatzfärben und ein paar Strähnen am Oberkopf Waschen Föhnen ohne schneiden weil ich eh erst vor 6 Wochen dort war. (zahlt man 131,50.- Euro kein Witz!) For dyeing the roots and washing a few strands on the top of the head, blow-drying without cutting because I was only there 6 weeks ago anyway. (If you pay 131.50 euros, no joke!)
