Auch zwischendurch wird einem schnell geholfen und die Brille wieder gerade gebogen oder die Bügel festgeschraubt, immer Top-Service! H	Helmut Rossian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jetz beim Optik Buffa und habe mir eine Gleitsichtbrille anfertigen lassen. Bitte lasst euch nicht von der (kleinen) Größe des Geschäftes täuschen. Im Keller ist das Geschäft viel größer und die Auswahl ist riesig. Wir haben zuerst noch einen Sehtest, der Eingang ist um die Ecke, gemacht, und der sehr freundliche Angestellte hat die Angaben vom Augenarzt ein bisschen verändert. Als ich dann ein paar Tage meine Brille bekommen habe, war ich positiv überascht. Ich setzte die Brille auf und von der Sekunde an passte sie perfekt!!! Dann habe ich gleich noch die Aktion Buffa-Mehrbrillenaktion ausgenützt und mir eine optische Gleitsicht Sonnenbrille bestellt, mit etwas günstigeren Gläsern halt. Aber ich bin auch sehr zufrieden damit. Die Preise sind halt etwas höher als bei einer Optiker Kette. Aber Gläser von Carl Zeiss sind halt sehr gut, Qualität kostet seinen Preis. Und überhaupt, sowas von freundlichen, kompetenten Mitarbeitern sieht man selten. Ich komme gerne wieder :-) I was now at Optik Buffa and had varifocals made for me. Please don't be fooled by the (small) size of the shop. In the basement the shop is much bigger and the choice is huge. First we did an eye test, the entrance is around the corner, and the very friendly employee changed the information from the ophthalmologist a little. When I got my glasses for a few days, I was positively surprised. I put the glasses on and from the second they fitted perfectly !!! Then I took advantage of the Buffa multi-glasses campaign and ordered varifocal optical sunglasses with slightly cheaper lenses. But I am also very happy with it. The prices are just a little higher than with an optician chain. But glasses from Carl Zeiss are very good, quality comes at a price. And anyway, you rarely see anything like that from friendly, competent employees. I will gladly come again :-)
O	Omni “Prinz Valium” 325 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowohl das Messen der Sehstärke als auch die Beratung waren sehr professionell. Die Verkäuferin war sehr zuvorkommend und ich hatte nie das Gefühl, zu irgend einer Entscheidung gedrängt zu werden sondern, dass man sich wirklich Mühe gegeben hat, mich zu beraten. Die Brille selbst sitzt wie angegossen und auch über die Gläser kann ich nur positives berichten. Die nächste Brille werde ich auch sicher wieder bei Optik Buffa kaufen. Both the measuring of the eyesight and the advice were very professional. The saleswoman was very accommodating and I never felt pressured into making any decision but that they really made an effort to advise me. The glasses themselves fit like a glove and I can only say positive things about the glasses. I will definitely buy my next pair of glasses from Optik Buffa again.
