Wie Geschäft in Völs nicht sehr freundlich, ich habe nach Größe gefragt und Dame war sehr unfreundlich. Auch hat versucht mir Sachen zu reden um zu kaufen was mir nicht gepasst hat!
Ich bin sehr wütend gewesen weil ich weiß Grösse passt mir nicht!!
Bad experience too!
Like shop in Fiè not very friendly, I asked for size and lady was very rude. Also tried to talk to me about things to buy that didn't suit me!
I was very angry because I know size doesn't suit me !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit nur weil man fragt ob es ein Kleidungsstück auch noch eine Nummer Kleider gibt, wird einem geraten doch mal in einer Kinderabteilung einkaufen zu gehen. Absolut unfreundlich.
Absolute cheek just because you ask if there is a garment also has a number of dresses, you are advised to go shopping in a children's department. Absolutely unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konnte Gewand nicht retounieren, obwohls trotz mehrmaligem Waschen immer noch enorm nach Chemie stank. Erst nach einem Anruf beim Kundenservice plus mehrmaligem Anfragen beim Store selber wurde mir nur widerwillig das Geld retouniert. MitarbeiterInnen sind nicht wirklich freundlich und versuchten mich mehrmals blöd darstehen zu lassen „Wieso waschen sie es überhaupt 3x?“ Vielleicht weil ich das Gewand gerne behalten hätte? Kundenservice telefonisch war top. Danke für die Hilfe und das Verständnis.
Couldn't return the garment, although it still stank of chemicals despite being washed several times. Only after a call to customer service and repeated inquiries to the store itself was the money returned to me reluctantly. Employees are not really friendly and tried to make me look stupid several times "Why do you even wash it 3x?" Maybe because I would have liked to keep the robe? Customer service over the phone was great. Thanks for the help and understanding.
