M	Mr. Arge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo leute... Ich muss euch über die hausregel bescheid geben die keinen erklärt wird....und zwar 2 unenschuldigt und die schmeissen einen einfach raus.. Ohne es euch mitzuteilen.... Zurzeit ist die Betreuung sehr asozial und unfreundlich.... Auch die bei der Information sind unfreundlich sogar am Telefon wurde ich Respektlos behandelt...haben mich nicht mal es erklären lassen Ich bin eingeschränkt und brauche die Therapie für meine Genesung Hello people ... I have to let you know about the house rule that is not explained .... namely 2 innocent and they just kick you out .. Without telling you .... At the moment the care is very anti-social and unfriendly. ... Even the ones with the information are unfriendly, even on the phone I was treated disrespectfully ... they didn't even let me explain it I am limited and need therapy for my recovery
F	Fabian Hurnaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Ambulante Reha (Phase 2 & 3) nach einer schweren Schulterverletzung bei der GKK gemacht bin vollstens zufrieden. Die professionelle und gleichzeitig freundliche Betreuung gibt einem von Anfang an das Gefühl das alles wieder gut wird. Es waren immer genügend Umkleidekabinen und Duschen vorhanden, die Therapieeinheiten wurden pünktlich abgehalten und auch Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten (Trinkwasser, Kantine, Mittagessen, Snacks, ..) sind gegeben. Am Anfang der Reha hat mir besonders die Unterwassertherapie geholfen. Das beste an der Reha sind die äußerst engagierten Physiotherapeuten (allen voran Andi K.) die wirklich alles dafür geben, dass man wieder Fit wird. Ohne zu zögern würde ich hier wieder eine Reha machen bzw. diese an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen. I did the outpatient rehab (phase 2 & 3) after a serious shoulder injury at the GKK and I am completely satisfied. The professional and at the same time friendly support gives you the feeling that everything will be fine from the start. There were always enough changing rooms and showers, the therapy units were held on time and there were also catering options (drinking water, canteen, lunch, snacks, ...). At the beginning of rehab, underwater therapy helped me a lot. The best thing about rehab is the extremely committed physiotherapists (especially Andi K.) who really do everything they can to get fit again. Without hesitation, I would do a rehab here or recommend it to friends and family.
A	Astrid Seiser-Poisinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte schon mehrmals Therapien und war immer sehr zufrieden, leider wurde meine letzte Reha durch Covid unterbrochen, wobei mir auf meine Anfrage versichert wurde, dass die ausstehenden Termine ehesten nachgeholt werden und nicht verfallen. Tja heute wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt, leider wurden sie nicht durchgeführt und sind auch verfallen. ?? Has already had several therapies and was always very satisfied, unfortunately my last rehab was interrupted by Covid, whereby I was assured on my request that the outstanding appointments will be made up as soon as possible and will not expire. Well today I was taught better, unfortunately they were not carried out and have also lapsed. ??

I am very happy with the treatment. Physiotherapist is very friendly. He explains everything exactly. I feel in good hands there.

Gebracht hat das garnicht ! Sehr enttäuscht As in a career! No time for patients! Hydro jet mohrpack not even received the prescribed 10 minutes! The only positive one was physiotherapy! That didn’t help at all! Very disappointed

Wo ich mich vielen anderen anschließen möchte: Vermutlich bekomme ich schneller den Papst an`s Telefon wie einen Mitarbeiter/In dieser Außenstelle. Ich wollte eine geplante Therapieeinheit absagen, ich hab aber nach 25 Minuten aufgegeben... Das Erstgespräch war sehr gut, da gab es kein schnelles Abfertigen, meine Probleme wurden genau begutachtet. "Mein" Physiotherapeut - Hr. Knauders - war echt ein Glücksgriff, er hat sich immer bemüht, auf meine Fragen einzugehen und die Therapie war sehr gut. Auch bei den anderen Therapien war ich sehr zufrieden. Ein Indikator ist für mich immer, wie das Personal untereinander redet - da habe ich schon das Gefühl, dass das Arbeitsklima stimmt - und diese Zufriedenheit strahlt m. M. nach doch auf die Patienten und den Umgang mit ihnen aus. I can (almost) only report good things - I've now completed a treatment block. Where I would like to join many others: I can probably get the Pope on the phone faster than an employee of this branch office. I wanted to cancel a scheduled therapy session, but gave up after 25 minutes... The first meeting was very good, there was no quick processing, my problems were examined in detail. "My" physiotherapist - Mr. Knauders - was really lucky, he always tried to answer my questions and the therapy was very good. I was also very satisfied with the other therapies. An indicator for me is always how the staff talks to each other - I have the feeling that the working atmosphere is right - and this satisfaction radiates in my opinion to the patients and the way they are treated.
