N	Nicole Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr wider. Mein Zahnarzt hatt angerufen wegen meinen Sohn weil er angst hat. Die Dame am Telefon zu meinen Arzt ich bekomme rückruf. Hab ich auch bekommen. Aber wie was ich möchte. Hab ihr Situationen nochmal erklärt das arzt angerufen hat wegen meinen Sohn. Die zu mir es hat kein arzt angerufen. Aber wenn es sein muss kommen sie nexten tag. Total herablassend. Dort angekommen gleiches spiel nein es hatt kein Arzt angerufen. Haben mich hin gestellt als ob ich blöd und dumm wäre. Nur kommisch das ich dabei war wie mein arzt angerufen hatt. Unfreundlich die Ärztin und Assistentin von anfang an. Zum schluss noch die aussage von der Ärztin glauben sie wirklich sie bekommen jetzt mit dem corona sonst wo anderes eine termin jetzt zur zeit finden sie nimmanden der ihnen hilft. Sorry und solche ärzt werden auf kinder und jugendliche los gelasen die angst haben?? Never again. My dentist called about my son because he was scared. The lady on the phone to my doctor I get a call back. I got it too. But like what I want. Have you explained situations again that the doctor called about my son. No doctor called to me. But if you have to come next day. Totally condescending. Arrived there same game no no doctor had called. Pretended to be stupid and stupid. Only come that I was there when my doctor called. Unfriendly, the doctor and assistant from the start. Finally, the statement from the doctor, do you really believe you will get an appointment with the corona, anywhere else, now you can find someone to help you. Sorry and such doctors are let loose on children and young people who are afraid?
T	Tanja Gall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meiner Tochter (6 Jahre) dort, da ihr letzte Woche ein Milchzahn abgebrochen ist und sie Freitag Abend Schmerzen bekam. Hab heute in der früh angerufen und sofort um 10 Uhr einen Termin bekommen. Wir waren so gegen 09.45 dort und obwohl es am Telefon hieß, mit Wartezeit, wurden wir sofort dran genommen. Meine kleine machte am Anfang etwas Theater da sie Angst hatte ABER die Ärztin und die Assistentinnen waren ein Traum!!! Nach 5 minuten diskutieren legte sie sich hin und ließ alles machen. Kein schrein und keine Tränen. Sie meinte dann danach, dass es toll war und wir sind total begeistert!!! Vielen Dank an die Zahnärztin und ihr Team für die ruhe aber auch die Bestimmtheit. 5 Sterne und bis zum nächsten Mal. Was there today with my daughter (6 years old) because her baby tooth broke off last week and she got pain on Friday evening. Called in the morning and got an appointment at 10 a.m. We were there at around 9.45am and even though the phone said there was a wait, we were taken immediately. My little one made some fuss at the beginning because she was scared BUT the doctor and the assistants were a dream! After 5 minutes of discussion, she lay down and let everything go. No screams and no tears. Then she said afterwards that it was great and we are absolutely thrilled! Many thanks to the dentist and her team for the calm but also for the determination. 5 stars and see you next time.
C	Christina Ellerböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht! Besser gesagt stink sauer!!!!! Meine Tochter hat Schmerzen und wurde nicht dran genommen. Man verwies uns zu unseren alten Zahnarzt, da der absolut mit Kindern nicht umgehen kann und sehr unfreundlich ist fürchtet sich meine Tochter vor ihm! Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und weiterempfehlungen dachte ich das wir in guten Händen sind bei euch, aber da habe ich mich sauber getäuscht! Bzw. ist es bodenlose Frechheit ein KIND mit schmerzen nicht dran zu nehmen. I am very disappointed! Better said stink angry !!!!! My daughter is in pain and was not taken on. We were referred to our old dentist, as he absolutely cannot handle children and is very unfriendly, my daughter is afraid of him! Due to the good reviews and recommendations, I thought we were in good hands with you, but I was wrong! Or it is bottomless cheek not to take a CHILD with pain.
S	Stefanie Wasner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem unser Termin zwei mal verschoben wurde waren wir heute doch noch im Kids. Die Dame am Empfang war äußerst unfreundlich und lustlos. Die "Behandlungszeit" belief sich heute auf Sekunden. Es handelte sich zwar nur um die jährliche Routineuntersuchung bei meinem 4jährigen Sohn - trotzdem sehr enttäuschend. Mein Sohn nahm auf dem Stuhl Platz. Hierbei wurde er, warum auch immer von der Ärztin ermahnt, er solle doch beim nächsten mal von der anderen Seite aufsteigen. Er öffnete seinen Mund, sie schaute mit dem Spiegel rein, sagte: Mund schließen. DAS WARS . Auf meine Frage obs das gewesen ist kam: Alles passt,in 5 Monaten anrufen wegen neuen Termin, Wiederschaun. Die letzten beiden Jahre gabs zumindest noch Fragen, Tips und es wurde in kurzer Zeit trotzdem auf das Kind eingegangen. Dieses Mal war genau GAR NIX. Wir waren definitiv das letzte Mal hier ! After our appointment was postponed twice, we went to the kids today. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and listless. The "treatment time" was seconds today. It was just the annual routine check-up for my 4-year-old son - but it was still very disappointing. My son took a seat in the chair. Here he was, for whatever reason, admonished by the doctor that he should step up from the other side the next time. He opened his mouth, she looked in with the mirror, said: close your mouth. THAT'S IT. When I asked if that was the case, everything fits, call in 5 months for a new appointment, look back. The last two years there were at least questions and tips and the child was dealt with in a short time anyway. This time there was nothing at all. We were definitely here for the last time!
V	Verena Dastl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtige Frechheit! Da ich kein Testergebniss bekommen habe weil die es nicht schaffen schneller zu arbeiten kann meine Tochter den Termin nicht wahrnehmen!!!! Irgendwas rennt das gewaltig schief!!!! Real cheek! Since I didn't get a test result because they can't work faster, my daughter can't keep the appointment !!!! Something is going really wrong !!!!

Neben einer sehr professionellen und raschen Behandlung (großer Dank an Prim. Dr. Fellhofer und Fr. Birkelbauer) wird auf die Kinder gut eingegangen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! After a large number of children's dentists, we are very happy to have ended up here with our daughter at the children's dental health center. In addition to very professional and quick treatment (big thanks to Prim. Dr. Fellhofer and Ms. Birkelbauer), the children are well taken care of. I can only recommend!!

Eine bodenlose Frechheit, dass ihr uns Erwachsene als Begleitpersonen schikaniert, aber das jetzt auch noch bei den Kindern BEINHART durchgezogen wird ist UNTER ALLER SAU! Mein Sohn hätte gestern einen Termin gehabt, leider hatte er keinen NinjaPass mit, wurden deswegen auch wieder nachhause geschickt. Ist ja logisch das er in der Schule war und getestet ist!! Man nimmt sich die Zeit (bei der Arbeit), kommt dann hin und wird wieder nachhause geschickt! Danke für NICHT‘S! ?? If possible I would give them no stars at all! A bottomless cheek that you harass us adults as escorts, but that the children are now being pulled through BEINHART is UNDER ALL PIG! My son had an appointment yesterday, unfortunately he didn't have a NinjaPass with him, so he was sent home again. It's logical that he was in school and tested!! You take your time (at work), then come and get sent home! Thanks for nothing! ??

We tried to search for dentist for our baby, but unfortunately many places were full which left us with the Dental center for children as the only choice. We were hesitated as the rating was very bad. but as we had no choice, we decided to bring our baby there anyways. No surprise that we are now very regret with this decision. My baby has a decay tooth and they used tools and force to open his mouth, violently hold his head. He was crying and it hurts me so much till now. After that, we brought him to school but he was stil crying and terribly scared. Now our son is even more scared of doctors and hospitals. It is our mistake and we will never come back to this center any more.
