Ich bin sehr dankbar, daß es für Kranke Menschen die Unterstützung gibt die es auch wirklich brauchen und leider arbeitsunfähig sind.. Danke Österreich... Ich wünsche allen Mitarbeitern eine schönen Tag, und vorallem viel Sonne, Urlaub und keinen Stress.. Alles wird gut,, VERSPROCHEN!!!! Great, always on time and very reliable ... I am very grateful that there is support for sick people who really need it and are unfortunately unable to work .. Thank you Austria ... V	Veaux G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die heutige Dame im Kundenservice war nach einer Frage ohne Grund (!) am Telefon unfreundlich. Eventuell sollte man sie neu einschulen, wie man freundlicher zu Kunden ist. Die Bewertungen diesbzgl. sind mehr als berechtigt und es ist fraglich, warum so eine Person noch immer beim Kundenservice tätig ist. Today's lady in customer service was unfriendly after a question without a reason (!) On the phone. Maybe you should retrain them how to be friendlier to customers. The reviews in this regard. are more than legitimate and it is questionable why such a person is still involved in customer service.

B	Bettina Schätzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Kundenservice falsch weitergeleitet worden, daher im falschen Wartezimmer gewartet und meinen Termin so nicht gehabt. Kein Anruf nichts. The customer service was forwarded incorrectly, so I waited in the wrong waiting room and didn't have my appointment like that. No phone call nothing.
_	_illiyyun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unfreundlicheres ""Kunden"SERVICE"" hatte ich noch nie. Benimmt sich so, als wäre der Gesprächspartner unfähig etwas zu verstehen und dumm. Man merkt der war total genervt was war das für eine laute Stimmlage?! Ihr solltet dem Herrn nochmal gut erklären was Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice heißt!
D	Doris Wagesreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 27.Dezembet habe ich verzweifelt einen Zahnarzt für meine Mutter gesucht,die hatte große Schmerzen.Ich habe wirklich von Pontius bis Pilatus telefoniert ohne Ergebnis. Alle Krankenkassen angerufen,Apotheken usw.Alle waren sehr freundlich,konnten mir aber nicht weiterhelfen. In der Apotheke habe ich erfahren, dass es KEINEN Notdienst zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr gibt !Von einem Bekannten habe ich dann erfahren, dass es dieses Ambulatorium gibt.Es hat zwar keiner abgehoben , aber wir sind einfach hingefahren und sind dort sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Schnell und sehr gut beraten, geröntgt und dann Zähne gezogen worden.DANKE,dass es euch gibt ! On December 27th, I was desperately looking for a dentist for my mother, she was in great pain, and I actually phoned from pillar to post with no result. Called all health insurances, pharmacies, etc., everyone was very friendly, but couldn't help me. In the pharmacy I found out that there is NO emergency service between Christmas and New Years! From a friend I then found out that there is this outpatient clinic. Nobody answered, but we just drove there and were given a very friendly welcome. Quickly and very well advised, x-rayed and then teeth extracted. THANK YOU for being there!
