Die Ärztinnen sind sehr lieb, alles ist modern und sauber. Danke an das Team! Today, shortly before the end of the program, I was in the dental clinic with my daughter and despite the late hour we were treated very humanely, kindly, professionally and quickly. The doctors are very nice, everything is modern and clean. Thanks to the team!
r	rand0mvide0s4u on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich musste 1h 30min warten um ein kleines teil meiner zahnspange wieder befestigen zu lassen. als ich endlich aufgerufen wurde, wurde mir von der ärztin gesagt, dass sie gerade 5 patienten gleichzeitig hat und es nicht schafft mich zu behandeln, aber ich könne eine weitere stunde warten, VIELLEICHT würde es sich dann ausgehen. I had to wait 1h 30min to have a small part of my braces reattached. When I was finally called, the doctor told me that she was currently having 5 patients at the same time and that she was unable to treat me, but I could wait another hour, MAYBE it would work out then.
D	Doris H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte starke Zahnschmerzen, so entschloss ich mich am Abend in das Zahnambulatorium zu fahren. Es war bereits kurz vor 21:00 Uhr. Wurde zuerst zwar etwas skeptisch empfangen, danach kann ich aber nur Gutes berichten. Die Zahnärztin und ihre Assistentin waren total nett. Es wurde ein Röntgen gemacht und verschiedene schmerzempfindliche Tests, da ich auch nicht mehr genau sagen konnte, wo genau der Schmerz saß. Meine ganze linke Mundhälfte war schon schmerzhaft. Wurde über alles aufgeklärt und schlussendlich wurde mir ein Weisheitszahn gerissen, das war wirklich heftig. Wurde aber von beiden sehr gut betreut und sie spendeten mir Trost (war danach total fertig). Bekam dann noch ein Rezept für Antibiotika und ein Schmerzmittel. War wirklich eine sehr gute Behandlung. Ich war zufrieden! I had severe toothache, so I decided to go to the dental clinic that evening. It was shortly before 9:00 p.m. Was received a bit skeptical at first, but after that I can only report good things. The dentist and her assistant were really nice. An X-ray was taken and various pain-sensitive tests, as I could no longer say exactly where the pain was. My whole left half of my mouth was already painful. Was cleared up about everything and finally a wisdom tooth was torn, it was really violent. But was very well looked after by both of them and they gave me consolation (was totally exhausted afterwards). Then got a prescription for antibiotics and a pain reliever. It was really a very good treatment. I was satisfied!
V	Veronika Harsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde Herr Dr. Kernstock empfohlen. Bin Angstpatient. Erstens wichtig für mich ,daß es nicht nach Zahnarzt riecht . Top ! Ich war begeistert. Herr Doc und seine Kollegin sind sehr einfühlsam. Würde jedem der Angst hat diese Beiden empfehlen. DANKE NOCHMAL I became Dr. Core stick recommended. I'm an anxiety patient. Firstly, it's important to me that it doesn't smell like a dentist. Top ! I was excited. Mr Doc and his colleague are very empathetic. Would recommend these two to anyone who is scared. THANKS AGAIN

Das nächste Mal warte ich, bis mich ein anderer Zahnarzt dran nimmt, bevor ich nochmals dort hin gehe. Ich überlege mir noch den Patientenanwalt einzuschalten!!!! Ich frage mich, ob die Zahnärzte überhaupt eine Ausbildung genossen haben.. If I could give zero stars, I would !!!! Long wait, although almost nothing was going on. Next time I'll wait for another dentist to take it before I go there again. I'm still thinking about calling in the patient advocate !!!! I wonder if the dentists even had any training ..
Y	Yvonne Karner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern dort wegen extremen Zahnschmerzen und hab in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so eine schreckliche Erfahrung machen müssen wie dort. Ich bin Angstpatientin und hab das auch mehrmals betont, interessiert dort niemanden, und wurde weder aufgeklärt über das was jetzt gemacht wird noch was ich danach machen muss/soll. Mir wurde ein Weisheitszahn gerissen mit den Worten „Ja probier ma mal obs klappt“ und dann hat sich der Zahnarzt mit seiner Assistentin zu streiten begonnen weil er sich mit irgendeiner Christa die dort auch arbeitet nicht versteht, ich bin da gesessen und hab extrem geweint, er meinte nur, ich brauche keine Angst haben und wechselte dann sofort wieder zum Streitthema. Danach wurde ich gebeten 2 Zettel zu unterschreiben, wobei ich keine Ahnung habe was das war und es wurde mir auch nicht erklärt, und es hat mich niemand aufgeklärt wie ich mich jetzt verhalten soll. Ich hatte noch nie solche Schmerzen. Achja und in den 2,5h die ich dort gewartet habe konnte ich die ganze Zeit den Empfangsdamen dabei zuhören, wie sie sich über andere Kollegen aufgeregt haben oder sich über Patienten lustig gemacht haben. Vielen Dank dafür das ich jetzt noch größere Angst vorm Zahnarzt habe. I was there yesterday because of extreme toothache and have never had to make a terrible experience in my life as there. Thank you for making more fear for the dentist now.
B	Bianca Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern mit unsrer Tochter 5 Jahre dort. Auf Empfehlung unseres Zahnarztes. Sie hatte gestern eine Zahn OP unter Narkose, was dort angeboten wird für Kinder. Da sie schlechte Zähne hatte. Der Narkose Arzt war sehr nett auch was die Vorbereitung betrifft war alles gut organisiert und kindgerecht. Ich war sehr nervös aber meine Sorgen waren unbegründet. Alles verlief problemlos ab. Unsrer Maus geht es gut und war am selben Tag wieder voll aktiv. Nachsorge verlief auch sehr problemlos. Es wurden ihr 4 Zähne gezogen. Die Aufklärung nach der OP war sehr gut. Wir kamen um ca 8:45 dran und um ca 11:30 waren wir wieder auf dem Heimweg. Das Ambiente ist sehr freundlich und nett. Auch die an Damen bei der Anmeldung sind nett. Den Kindern wird keine Angst gemacht und sie werden medizinisch sehr gut betreut. Alle Ärzte sind sehr kompetent und liebevoll zu ihren kleinen Patienten. Ich bin froh so eine tolle Betreuung gehabt zu haben bezüglich unseren Kind. Ganz liebe Grüße Frau Müller ?? Went there yesterday with our daughter who is 5 years old. On the recommendation of our dentist. Yesterday she had a dental surgery under anesthetic, which is offered there for children. Because she had bad teeth. The anesthetist was very nice, and as far as the preparation was concerned, everything was well organized and child-friendly. I was very nervous but my worries were unfounded. Everything went smoothly. Our mouse is doing well and was fully active again the same day. Aftercare also went very smoothly. She had 4 teeth pulled. The explanation after the operation was very good. We got there at about 8:45 and by about 11:30 we were on our way home. The ambiance is very friendly and nice. The ladies at the registration desk are also nice. The children are not scared and they receive very good medical care. All doctors are very competent and loving to their little patients. n	nora pirringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war als Schmerzpatient bei Herrn Dr. Kernstock weil mein Zahnarzt keinen Termin frei hatte und muss nach dem Erlebnis unbedingt eine Rezension schreiben! Vom Empfang, über den Arzt bis hin zu den Assistentinnen waren alle sehr geduldig (trotz gefühlten 100 Patienten im Wartebereich) Ich bin ein Angstpatient und darauf wurde sehr eingegangen! Es wurde alles erklärt und total Rücksicht genommen! Dr. Kernstock ist ein sehr geduldiger, einfühlsamer, genau arbeitender Arzt, ich habe nach 2 Extraktionen keine Komplikationen oder Schmerzen! Leider gab es ein technisches Problem mit dem Druck vom Rezept aber die Kolleginnen haben sich gleich darum bemüht es auf einem anderen Computer zu drucken... ein sehr engagiertes, einfühlsames Team! As a pain patient I was with Dr. Kernstock because my dentist didn't have an appointment available and after the experience I absolutely have to write a review! From reception to the doctor to the assistants, everyone was very patient (despite what felt like 100 patients in the waiting area) I am an anxious patient and this was very well addressed! Everything was explained and totally taken care of! dr Kernstock is a very patient, empathetic, precisely working doctor, I have no complications or pain after 2 extractions! Unfortunately there was a technical problem with the printing of the recipe, but the colleagues immediately tried to print it on another computer... a very committed, sensitive team!
