Nice staff, but you can't bring yourself to send a simple confirmation in 4 weeks. The post office blames the fact that it takes a long time, but the post office says: "We deliver letters within 3 days"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible treatment from everyone involved. The receptionist was beyond rude. They told us out of the blue that my daughter (14) needed a root canal. They did not give her any anesthetics until a few minutes into the operation because she was screaming and crying. They also treated her horribly during the procedure, holding the needle in front of her nose, saying it smelled bad and asking if she agreed, expecting an answer. When they found out she had recently been released from a psychiatric institution they became increasibly defensive, seemingly aware of the fact they had treated her terribly, now fearing consequences. She ended up shaken and unstable, crying for a long time. We will never be going there again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
