★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Unternehmen verweigert jede Kommunikation. Keine Antwort auf Emails. Gebuchte Konzertkarten wurde auf 2021 verschoben. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück. Das ist mein Recht als Konsument. Die Sache geht an den Anwalt. Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier Tickets zu kaufen.
 The company refuses to communicate. No reply to emails. Booked concert tickets were postponed to 2021. I want my money back. That is my right as a consumer. The matter goes to the lawyer. I can only advise against buying tickets here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei Libro Ö-Tickets für eine Veranstaltung gekauft, die nun 3x (!) verschoben wurde und nun vielleicht 2022 stattfinden wird! Die Filiale in der Wattgasse hat sich trotz telefonischer Zusage nicht in der Lage gesehen diese zurückzunehmen und auf die Zentrale von Ö-Ticket verwiesen! Wohlgemerkt Libro hat diese Karten in Verkehr gebracht! Das nennt man Kundenfreundlich! Verkaufen ja! Service NEIN!
I bought tickets from Libro Ö for an event that has now been postponed 3 times (!) And may now take place in 2022! The branch in Wattgasse was not able to take it back despite a telephone confirmation and referred to the headquarters of Ö-Ticket! Mind you Libro has marketed these cards! This is called customer-friendly! Sell yes! Service NO!
