E	E M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann Ochsner leider nicht empfehlen. Weder die Hotline / Service ist gut, noch wird einem schnell geholfen. Wir haben die WP nun seit 3 Jahren und jedes Jahr war ein Fühler kaputt, so dass die WP nicht richtig arbeitet. KD Termine werden kurz vorher verschoben und man bekommt monate später erst wieder einen Termin. Würde mich NIE wieder für ein Produkt entscheiden, welches nicht der örtliche Heizungsbauer betreuen kann, egal wie toll es auf dem Papier ist. Würde jedem von dieser FIrma abraten. Unfortunately, Ochsner cannot recommend it. Neither the hotline / service is good, nor is it helped quickly. We have had the WP for 3 years now and every year a sensor was broken, so the WP is not working properly. KD appointments are postponed shortly beforehand and you only get an appointment months later. Would NEVER choose a product again that the local heating engineer cannot look after, no matter how great it is on paper. Would advise anyone from this company.

Vor meiner Entscheidung habe ich mir viele Hersteller angeschaut und Ochsner hat mich hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Beratung voll überzeugt. Habe meine Entscheidung niemals bereut, da die Pumpen völlig problemlos funktioniert, sehr effizient und extrem leise sind. Service ist ausgesprochen kompetent und zuvorkommend. Kann Ochsner nur weiterempfehlen, tolle österreichische Firma ... Since 2014, the company has had an Ochsner WP with deep hole and privately an OLW 18 air source heat pump since 2017. H	Horst rezek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 4 Versuchen die Heizung in Gang zu bringen, geht die Heizunug bei 3 Grad Aussentemperartur noch immer nicht.Jeden Tag frei genmmen und dann geht die Heizung noch immer nicht.Und der Kundendienst hat 4 mal angerufen und wollte den geplanten Termin verschieben, als wie wenn die glauben man sitzt daheim und wartet nur darauf das ein Techniker kommt.Dabei ist die Wärmepumpe erst 4 Jahre alt, solche Diletatten habe ich in meinen 49 Jahren noch nie erlebt. Ich bin mal gespannt, ob die Fa. Ochsner sich traut eine Rechnung zu Schreiben.Einfach Finger weg von diesem Kundendienst und Produk Nachtrag, Es ist Sonntag der 27.09. 2020 08.10 und wir haben 16 Grad im Haus, danke Fa. Bei kleinen Problemen konnte mir der Servicetechniker am Telefon sehr schnell helfen. We have been using an Ochsner heat pump since 2008 and we are more than satisfied. It does its job free of disruption and maintenance. The service technician on the phone was able to help me very quickly with minor problems.
T	Thorsten Kraus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochsner hat einen miserablen Service, die Erreichbarkeit & Hilfestellung ist nicht zu unterbieten. So lange die Wärmepumpe läuft ist alles in Ordnung. Die Lieferung eines Ersatzteils dauert bspw. über eine Woche und sie erhalten es nur mit massivem Nachhaken. Die Servicebearbeitung bis zu Terminvergabe ist ebenfalls unterirdisch schlecht. Fazit: Produkt ist ok - Service und Support schlechter als ungenügend. Ochsner has a miserable service, the availability and assistance cannot be beaten. As long as the heat pump is running, everything is fine. The delivery of a spare part, for example, takes over a week and you only get it with a lot of follow-up. The service processing up to the allocation of appointments is also bad underground. Conclusion: product is ok - service and support worse than insufficient.
