Ich habe hier die Ausbildung zum Functional Strength Trainer gemacht - Vortragende waren sehr gut, auch die Skripten und Online-Lehrvideos waren informativ und hilfreich, und die Ausbildung ist sicher eine gute Basis für den Einstieg in die Fitnessbranche. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die praktische Ausbildung fand entweder in einem HappyFit Studio oder dem Trainingsraum im Haus statt - beide vom Equipment suboptimal. Das Gewichtheben wurde im Happyfit durchgeführt, wo überall ein Parkettboden ist und man die Langhantel daher nicht droppen sollte, was das Erlernen von Reißen, Stoßen usw. schwierig macht und man leider nicht an seine Leistungsgrenzen gehen kann. Ähnliche war es als Variationen von Klimmzügen durchgenommen wurden - im hauseigenen Trainingsraum war leider keine Klimmzugstange vorhanden. Besser wäre es, den praktischen Teil in einer Crossfit Box oder ähnlichem zu machen - hier wäre alles notwendige vorhanden.

I did my Functional Strength Trainer training here - the speakers were very good, the scripts and online teaching videos were informative and helpful, and the training is certainly a good basis for entering the fitness industry. The only point of criticism: The practical training took place either in a HappyFit studio or in the training room in the house - both of which were suboptimal in terms of equipment. The weightlifting was carried out in the Happyfit, where there is a parquet floor everywhere and you should therefore not drop the barbell, which makes learning to snap, push, etc. difficult and unfortunately you cannot go to your performance limits. It was similar when variations of pull-ups were performed - unfortunately there was no pull-up bar in the in-house training room. It would be better to do the practical part in a Crossfit box or something similar - everything you need would be available here.
