Die extrem langen Bahnsteige sind nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich! Fährt ein Zug an einem bestimmten Wochentag oder jeden Tag um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit ab. Gewöhnt man sich daran und die Buchstaben: A -R,
die den Anfang und das Ende des Bahnsteiges unterteilen. Werden von den Fahrgästen einfach nicht mehr wahrgenommen, weil er ja immer gleich ist! Nur wehe wenn nicht, dann
kann man hoffen, dass man mit Gepäck noch den Zug erwischt und einem das Wochenende eine Verkühlung bringt.
Extra “FARBLICH HERVORHEBEN WENN SICH DER EINSTIEG VOM EINEN ENDE DES BAHNSTEIGES ZUM ANDEREN VERLEGT“!!!
Mit der technischen Ausstattung, eine Sache von ein paar Tage, maximal.
Es fahren ja auch viele Pensionisten mit der Bahn am HBF!!
Kleiner Tipp für ein besseres Service.
Die Kunden würde es sicherlich freuen.

The extremely long platforms are not exactly customer-friendly! Does a train leave on a certain day of the week or every day at a certain time. If you get used to it and the letters: A -R,
that divide the beginning and end of the platform. Are simply no longer noticed by the passengers because it is always the same! Only woe if not, then
one can hope that one can catch the train with luggage and bring a cold over the weekend.
