Da ich die 1.Klasse gekauft. bzw. gebucht hatte, war ich ganz alleine in meinem Abteil. Der Service in diesm Zugabteil war wirklich 1A klasse. Mir wurden sogar Getränke und Knappereien serviert. Since I did not want to make such a long drive to the west of Germany by car, I took the Federal Railways. Since I bought the 1st class. I had been alone in my compartment. The service in this train compartment was really great. I was even served drinks and grunts.
o	oc in on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menschen ohne Fahrschein werden hier lediglich des Zuges verwiesen ohne jegliche Strafe, eine bodenlose Frechkeit gegenüber ehrlich zahlenden Fahrgästen!! People without a ticket are simply expelled from the train without any penalty, a bottomless cheek towards honestly paying passengers!
j	jay kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit ÖBB mäßig zufrieden. Die Züge verspäten sich oft, die Schaffner sind meist sehr unfreundlich. Vor allem, wenn man als Schüler seinen Ausweis vergessen hat. Es gibt im Fernverkehr außerdem günstigere Alternativen. I am moderately satisfied with ÖBB. The trains are often late, the conductors are usually very rude. Especially if you have forgotten your ID card as a student. There are also cheaper alternatives in long-distance traffic.

Damits erträglicher wird hält der RJ jetzt auch ausserplanmäßig bei zusätzlichen Haltestellen.. #dankefürnichts Another 1.5h delay ... This makes the RJ more bearable, even if not planned, at additional stops .. # Thank you for nothing

Gebuchte Business-Class im RJ: WLAN funktioniert nicht, Müll unter dem Sitz, warmes Essen war schon wieder nicht möglich (angeblich waren beide! Öfen defekt), bestelltes Getränk wurde innerhalb von 3 Stunden nie gebracht. Auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde wurde zwar reagiert, diese wurde aber so verfasst, dass der Kunde subjektiv das Gefühl hat, dass sich an den Problemen nichts wirklich ändern wird. Und dass Anbieten eines Gutscheines iHv €15 finde ich ja mehr als beleidigend. Mir wäre lieber, man würde sich wirklich bemühen, dass sich solche Dinge nicht mehr wiederholen, als Kunden mit einem Gutschein "abzuspeisen". In Zukunft fahre ich wieder mit dem Auto. A single disaster! Booked business class in the RJ: WiFi does not work, garbage under the seat, warm food was again not possible (supposedly both ovens were defective), ordered drink was never brought within 3 hours. My written complaint was responded to, but it was written in such a way that the customer subjectively has the feeling that nothing will really change in the problems. And I find the offer of a voucher worth € 15 more than offensive. I would prefer that you really try to prevent such things from repeating themselves more than "fob off" customers with a voucher. In the future I'll be driving the car again.

Erstmal Standard-Ticket groß mit „Höchste Flexibilität“ werben und wenn man noch 100€ drauf zählt und die Standard-Ticket kauft, sind die Tickets plötzlich nicht stornierbar. Das geht gar nicht.. They're just cheaters! First of all, advertise the standard ticket with "maximum flexibility" and if you add 100 € and buy the standard ticket, the tickets suddenly cannot be canceled. That is not how it works..
