★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunden service ist richtig mies, einfach 12 min warte schleife ohne das jemand ans telefon geht. Das ist aber nicht zum 1. Mal leider passiert es bei mir des öfteren. Und die ausrede heißt dann einfach kunden ansturm.
Customer service is really bad, just wait a 12 min loop without anyone answering the phone. But this is not the first time, unfortunately it happens to me quite often. And the excuse is simply a rush of customers.
