Mir gefällt es wirklich gut! Beautiful bright fashion shop with famous brands as a selection. Often very good deals and you will always find something in the two story store. I really like it!
V	Vito Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zwei mal im Shop. Beim ersten Mal sehr gut beraten von dem Modeberater. Ich war sehr dankbar. Allerdings beim zweiten Besuch war es eher so „kaufe viel und geh schnell wieder“ ich wurde von der Dame auch zwischen den Zeilen gedisst über meine Figur und wurde dumm dargestellt weil ich meine Größe nicht wusste. ( bei Zalando gibt es die selbe Beratung ohne Beleidigung) I've been to the shop twice. Very good advice from the fashion advisor the first time. I was very grateful. However, on the second visit it was more like “buy a lot and go again quickly”. The lady also pissed me about my figure between the lines and was portrayed stupid because I didn't know my size. (at Zalando there is the same advice without offense)
A	Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war es der letzte besuch für mich in einem facona. Eine hose um 90 euro gekauft und musste diese dreimal zurückbringen da die gürtelschlaufen immer gerissen sind. Musste mir dann sagen lassen das ich die hose falsch anziehe. Ich darf sie nicht an der gürtelschlaufe hoch ziehen. Ist mir noch nie zuvor passiert. 20 euro hosen halten da um einiges besser. Aber ok gut..... nach dem dritten mal holen..... die hose hochgezogen, nicht an der gürtelschlaufe wohlgemerkt, reisst sie auf der vorderseite des oberschenkel komplett auf. Beim wieder bringen heisst es, das sie da nichts machen können. Ich finde es sehr frech das man nicht mal ein klein wenig entgegen kommt. Da bleib ich lieber bei den no name marken die sind preisgünstig und vor allem halten sie. Und wenn es mal was gibt kommt man mir auch entgegen mit, im normal fall einer umgestauschten hose oder einem Gutschein. Bei facona wird man eher blöd hingestellt. Danke für nichts. Unfortunately it was my last visit to a facona. Bought pants for 90 euros and had to bring them back three times because the belt loops are always torn. Had to let me say that I put on the pants wrong. I am not allowed to pull it up by the belt loop. Has never happened to me before. 20 euro pants hold a lot better there. But ok well ..... after the third time ..... pull the pants up, not mind the belt loop, they tear open completely on the front of the thigh. When you bring it back, it means that there is nothing you can do. I think it's very cheeky that you don't even come a little bit towards. I prefer to stay with the no name brands, which are inexpensive and above all they last. And if there is anything, you can come to meet me, usually with exchanged pants or a voucher. At facona you are presented as rather stupid. Thanks for nothing.
