★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch termin vereinbart zum radlager wechseln dazu auch einen kostenvoranschlag bekommen. Ein zweites mal angerufen weil ich gelesen habe das es öfter probleme gegeben hat beim termin. Dort habe ich dann auf einmal einen neuen preis dazu bekommen ziemlich genau das doppelte. Habe den termin natürlich abgesagt. Danke fürs hinhalten
 Make an appointment by phone to switch to the wheel bearing and get a cost estimate. Called a second time because I read that there were often problems with the appointment. All of a sudden I got a new price there, pretty much twice as much. Of course I canceled the appointment. Thanks for holding out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein völlig überforderter Verkäufer, dem unbekannt war das ATU eine Webseite hat auf welcher man Leistung buchen kann. Der dann einen neuen Preis machen wollte, da sowas online ja nicht geht, ist der Grund für den Abzug. Gerettet hat das ganze dann sein vorgesetzter. Der kompetent alles klärte.
A completely overwhelmed seller who was unaware that ATU had a website where you could book a service. The reason for the deduction is that he then wanted to set a new price, since that's not possible online. Then his superior saved the whole thing. Who competently clarified everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schadensmeldung vom Auto wurde einfach nicht weitergeleitet obwohl behauptet wurde das es gemacht worden ist hat meine Versicherung nichts bekommen, nach mehrmaligem vorbeikommen (4x war ich nach der angeblichen Schadensmeldung dort) wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet, der Filialleiter kam nicht einmal selbst zum Gespräch mit zu mir, sondern schickte einen Lehrling... einfach ein schlechter Scherz könnte ich 0 Sterne vergeben hätte ich 0 vergeben.
The damage report from the car was simply not forwarded, although it was claimed that it had been done, my insurance company didn't get anything, after coming by several times (I was there 4x after the alleged damage report) I was put off again and again, the branch manager didn't even come to the conversation himself me but sent an apprentice... just a bad joke if I could give 0 stars I would have given 0.
